I asked, again for the 30th time, to be "removed from their calling list" and was told that they don't have lists, but "are licensed from Ford and are contacting me via my V.I.N. as the only option I have to extend my warranty. This company does not even deserve one star. This company should be reported. I received a call to my bosses personal line at work by a Romeo Jackson. He said that he was with the company asking for the mileage on my bosses Acura (which he does not have. I mentioned that that is the wrong make of the car and that I do not have this information and asked he call back at another time to speak with the owner of the car. He then said "why are you dismissing me, what did I do so wrong to you". I let him know that I am my bosses assistant and the car does not belong to me so I could not provide the information. He then under his breath mumbled oh his assistant so you wear a skirt and heels and stuff". I said excuse me?! Hes like well we can set up a personal business meeting where we can discuss in person. I said no, I do not handle this and asked him to please speak to me more professionally as I know that he was not hinting at a business meeting from his tone. Then I asked for his managers name and he told me he can not give me that information and I asked for his number so I could call back at a later time to discuss with his manager. He then gave me his personal number and I asked why it was different from the line he was calling me on. He said because he only wants to talk to me and deal with me directly. That is when I became utterly disgusted and said do not call back and hung up the phone. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO DISGUSTING. NEVER EVER will accept another call from this company. read more

With all due respect to the gentleman below, I had a totally different experience. I received a phone call at home on my day off. The representative explained that HE WAS NOT from the dealership and told me everything that was covered and I couldn't pay the policy in full, because funds were tight. The gentleman said I understand let me see if I can qualify you for our payment plan. He took care of me and gave me a very good payment plan. Sure enough something happened to my car with the ac 5 months later, and it was covered. All I paid was the standard 100 dollar deductible, a 1700 dollar job was covered. It is a direct pay policy they paid my claim within 30 minutes. I DEF recommend this warranty to others. read more

BEWARE!!! This company has twice sold their services to my dad who has alzheimer's and does not even own a car. The first time my dad gave them his credit card number so we were able to get it credited as a fraudulent charge. We took dads credit card away but they called back and this time they got him to give them his debit card number. Now we have to take dads debit card. These people prey on the elderly. I just received a phone call from this company claiming my warranty was up and I needed to extend it and that they had not received payment for my warranty. I told them I had everything financed through my bank for GAP and extended service coverage beyond that and make one payment through that. I am covered for 5 years (it has been 11 months). She asked me to take my checkbook out and I asked wat for, she said to make a payment on my premium. I said no, my bank financed extra for my coverage on my loan I should not owe any premium. This is not the company that handles my extra contract either! The first thing they did was ask the mileage on my car. How do they even know what car I drive my extra contract is through a different company. When I told her this she said GAP was different, I said I was financed for GAP and extra service contract and that I had the paperwork in front of me. She still tried to get a payment from me and I said no again and she hung up! read more

Richard Jones, badge 10083 from National Auto Division called my 88 year old mother misrepresenting himself as her auto insurance carrier. He pressured her into thinking that her insurance was going to be cancelled unless she paid immediately. She paid $2800 for a policy. I have contacted BBB,, the company and am livid that this company, knowing my mothers age 88 would pressure her into buying an insurance policy. Any company that preys on seniors should be immediately shut down. read more

This company has continued to call us about an extended warranty on a car that we have not owned for 3 years. One weekend in February we got at least 6 calls. When we picked up the phone, no one was there. We presumed it was an autodialer issue. After this, I answered the phone when they called again I told the sales person that I was not interested and not to call again, but they did not hear my last request because they hung up on me when they sensed a high level of frustration in my voice. I will admit that I was very upset and had raised my voice in an attempt to get them to listen. They continued to call. I answered a few times...same thing happened. My phone call history shows these calls: 2-26 at 2:52 pm, 2-27 at 1:02 pm, 3-10 at 3:30 pm, 3-11 at 1:12 pm, 3-26 at 10:26 am, 3:30 at 11:36 am and today at 5:12 pm. I spoke to someone in customer service after the sale person hung up on me on March 10. I asked to have my number removed from their list. He was very nice and said I should be all set. I did not notice that they called again the next day. I noticed that there was another call on 3-26 but I was working from home and couldn't answer it. Today I answered the call. It was a man, I don't recall his name. Maybe it was Eric. He was pleasant but started the conversation about an extended warranty about the VW that we don't have...again! I got very frustrated, raised my voice and was about to ask him to stop calling when he hung up. I redialed the number. 913-229-9113 - got a message that there office was closed for the day. I googled National Auto Division and called Customer Service at 800.430.4428. I spoke to Michael. He said that he would remove my number and that it would be 2 days to take effect. Hopefully this will be the end of it. Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company.
