Told me about 10% left on the pads and that I should replace soon (no hard sell!!) Normally I wouldn't trust my Q5 to a shop that doesn't specialize in Audi, but knew the brake pads were almost gone, so decided to give them a shot before our 800 mile road trip. They completed all the work right away, was out of there in about 90 minutes or so. However, when we got all the way to our destination, the left front brake was seizing, but released after a little bit. Brakes worked fine as long as I didn't hit them hard, but would seize some if I did brake hard. Called Jiffy Lube and they offered to have me go to a local shop to have them checked out, on their dime, if was their fault. Since we were in a remote area with no auto repair shops close, we were careful for the week, and decided to drive home and have them check out the problem. Made it back fine. Went back to the Howell location. Again, no waiting, they took my car right in and discovered a minor issue with the brake shims they installed. They apologized for the inconvenience, corrected the problem right away, and I was back on the road in no time. Team there was courteous, helpful, very professional, and admitted their mistake immediately. That is what I would call excellent customer service!! They didn't get it quite right the first time, but took care of my problem right away. I appreciate their honesty and commitment to getting me back on the road quickly....
