They spent a good amount of time helping with paperwork so that I could apply for state and federal clean vehicle rebates, which I was able to get without any problems thanks to their paperwork. The car was missing rear seat headrests and they promised to order them and ship them to me, I wasn't sure that it would actually happen, but they were good to their word. This was the best experience I've ever had at a used car dealer, and I'll be back when I'm in the market for a used car and will recommend them to friends and family.

I was told 2 days or so. That turned into a week, okay they were busy and fixing stuff fine. Get the car and two sets of keys. Next day use the car and get locked out because the one set was not for the car they sold me. Fine another mistake I'll stand in the freezing rain for an hour waiting for you. The next day the car doesn't start.. Get it towed because they don't do that. Turns out it's a security issue. I tell them I noticed a gas smell they ignore it. I go to a garage that knows what they're doing fuel tank is leaking, rear struts are blown out, inner tie rod ruined. Trackside had the vehicle "inspected" before I bought it less than a month earlier. I call trackside, their response is "it's a used car what do you want, things wear out at different times". I reminded them I told them about the fuel leak their response to this is we're closed do to Corona. I've driven by several times and they had cars on lifts and they answered the phone a few times as well. So on top of what I paid for the vehicle i'm in over $2000 in parts and services within the last 6 weeks. So if I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware

We met with Joe late on a Saturday night and he drove to us in Allentown early the next week so we could have a mechanic take a look at the car. The car only needed some minor parts to make it a 100% which Joe took care of. Also, the check engine light came on shortly after we officially bought the car and were driving it home. Joe took care of that too replacing two O2 sensors. Honestly, these guys are top notch. They pick up quality low mile vehicles from Philly to sell up here where the car selection is much poorer and provide customer service that is over and beyond. They even offered to install a dvd system and rear view back up camera for us that we bought on Amazon! It also has a window that falls off the tracks and we've had to have numerous other repairs including leaky transmission lines, an O2 censor, and a pulley for the belt. I asked for $500 back of my purchase price for all of the trouble we have gone through and Joe refused. We live an hour and a half from his business and had to drive back three times for shoddy repairs that never worked. I was without the car for probably a third of the time we've owned it and was never offered even a loaner for a day or two. This dealer is not worth it! Shop elsewhere and save yourself before you are taken total advantage of like we were.
