It was never fixed!!!! The local repair service kept telling us we were out of contract so they could charge for extras on top of our monthly lease payment. After being told numerous times we were out of contract by the local service company, we brought in another printer from another company and returned their printer. Parent company disagreed and stated we had to complete our lease payments. After tossing thousands of dollars at this company (which they supplied nothing for) to meet our obligation, they cheerfully continue to find others things to charge us for. I can't get behind a company that does not work directly with their support team. We were treated very poorly by this company and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your printing needs!!!

I dropped off a small booklet to be bound. I was told it couldn't be done then but would be done…read morethe following day and they'd call me when I could pick it up. After 2 1/2 days I called. They hadn't done my job. The clerk called me in less than 3 minutes. The job was done! So now I know it was a 3 minute job. I stood in line to pick up my item for a minimum of 10 minutes. There were 4 male employees standing around but no one helped the printing clerk who was busy with another customer. When I complained to the supervisor he told me they were not all trained to work in that department. I knew for sure that one of these four men often did work in that department in the past! Lousy service. I'll go elsewhere the next time. A side note-the clerk in the printing/copy area was kind and efficient. he, unfortunately, was the only one working.

Used to have a business which required me to go often, even…read morehad a business account here, yet lately just haven't had a reason - this time, needed to drop something off for FedEx - so that's a lovely service, although I wish they would give you a receipt as proof of drop off; it's a bit unsettling to see them just put your package on a shelf and say you're all done. But anyway. I've thought for a long time that the interior of any Office Depot was a bit dusty and empty looking - in spite of being full! And this location is no different. The furniture in the back especially looks kind of haphazardly arranged. Not very appealing if you are hunting for office furniture. I had fun browsing the school supplies, though, and picked up some cute items, including a fuzzy pencil holder, for a friend. Staff. Must note that the staff here is great. Very helpful, friendly, ready to answer questions, always with a smile. Keep up the great work!

This is an updated review for BRON tape and it has been spurred because of the positive action that…read morethe branch manager of BRON tape in Kent undertook. Clint reached out to me on December 3 after coming across the review and immediately made things right. He didn't make excuses (however, still apologetic, courteous and polite) but took accountability by resolving the issue instead. Which is far better, because that's the best excuse he made, by making things right. He asked me for the details of the incident to which I provided of what I can accurately recall. That's not easy to do because I usually just forget these unmemorable people (takes too much space in my already tiny and crammed brain) and move on because it doesn't make sense to me to keep stewing on it. When I get lousy service, I just step away and run as far as the opposite side can take me and avoid these types of people and company like a plague. And if someone would ask for my opinion, I will just flat out tell people what to expect and if they want to spend their money on lousy services, be my guest and good luck to you. But I digress. Suffice it to say, he sent me the same exact order I made that I never got. He dived down to look at the root cause of why it happened. Found out that the email address was wrong, the shipping address was wrong and corrected both. What is funny though is that, the wrong number in the address is just my neighbor which is just a few feet across my place. So I'm pretty sure that I'd still be able to get it. And since I never got the tracking number, there's no way for me to track and reach out to the carrier to find out what's happening. I usually check first with the carrier, my front door or my mail box before finally reaching out to the shipper. So that probably means that it was either delivered somewhere or it never got delivered at all. That happened once, but that was an order for a household item from Walmart and Walmart immediately sent a replacement. And THAT was what BRON tape should've done in the first place, when customer reaches out and is looking for the package that has never been received. They take action instead of sending the message to the customers that, "you're SOL dude." I understand that there are nasty, dishonest, con and scammers out there who are always exploiting the honesty system. But I am not a one time buyer, I'm the kind who will always be loyal and patronize the place once my trust had been earned. I also run a business and ship items and when customer reaches out, I have to send replacement as a goodwill. And that is one of the area in business that you just have to chuck it as an expense and right it off from your taxes. And crack the whip with the carrier to get their acts together or else you take your business to somewhere else and that will do a better job. Anyway, I digress again. So going back to the original objective of why I'm updating this review and made a 360 degrees turnaround, Clint, who is the branch manager and Barrett, who is the Supervisor both made exceptional services of resolving the matter. Now I got my tapes the very next day. I'm so happy and will buy again some more tapes, I'm in need of another size for my new project. Woo hoo!
