They did significant work on our dank, partially finished basement, building a comfortable living room, completely refinishing the bathroom, updating some electrical, rebuilding the stairs, and even doing some extra work to seal the walls of our 100-year-old house. Towards the end, since they got pretty busy in their schedule, there were a few details that needed to be redone and the end of the project dragged on a little longer than expected, but overall, we were very happy with the work and the completion of the project. Their guys are very professional, with all of their direct employees wearing their company's logos to ensure on-site security. They work efficiently, exhibited good craftsmanship, and are thorough (even helped us haul away some extra old fixtures). They can help with some design recommendations, but they aren't technically architects, so it helps if you already have some idea of what you want to accomplish in your build. Sure, you could get much higher end finishes and building details, but for the price and value, these guys are excellent. And they've also helped with some water damage repair on short notice, which was super helpful. In general, they were great at communication on our project (although they got a little busy toward the end). However, sometimes emailing doesn't work well, so I'd recommend calling or texting if you really want to get a hold of them.

They assured that we are getting a fantastic set of fixtures for our bathroom remodel. We swallowed hard because the cost was 50% more than the metal fixtures we had looked at by Koehler, but they convinced us. What a mistake. All of the control handles and Blu fixtures are stamped from plastic with cheap metallic coating. We've had two completely delaminate, and all of the wall covers have come loose. Our general contractor has been trying to get Pedini to replace those which the yellow plastic is showing through the cheap veneer, but three months later, the only thing we hear is the chip of crickets. Please think long and hard about a high-end distributor who pawns cheap plastic fixtures off, then seems to avoid standing behind them when they fail.

This time I asked about their delivery service, I was qouted a price and given a date and delivery window, which was two days later. I was fine with that eventhough it was a five hour window. When I called on the day of delivery two hours in I was told that my wash machine was on the truck and on the way, and that the driver would call me when they were an hour away. After waiting for the whole five hours no one called me and no one delivered my item. I called back and the lady stated oh maybe their running a little late YOU THINK? So I asked if they could have the delivery person call and give me an ETA. She put me on hold and TJ came on the line and said he would call me back in a few minutes to let me know how much longer it would be. Well that never happened the store closed without calling me back. I called the next morning and TJ answered and I asked why he never called me back he began to deflect and talk about how he told the drivers to give me a call. I stopped him to remind him he was the one who was suppose to call me RIGHT BACK. I asked again when can you deliver my appliance, he told me he did not have anyone in today who could do the delivery"It's sitting right here all I need is someone to deliver it to you." HOLD UP!! You told me it was on the truck and out for delivery today why is it still in your store? He could not explain why. He stated he would try to get someone out later in the day then he asked what would be a good time for me. I said YESTERDAY AND ANY TIME THERE AFTER. Needless to say they still did not deliver my machine that was saturday. On monday at 11am I called to inquire about the same delivery the older lady said let me get TJ. He gets on the phone and states the washer is on the truck for delivery. I ask why didn't anyone call me to let me know this and schedule a time I would be able to be there. He asked how early would I like to have the delivery I said NOW. Again he states they are at one stop and I will be the next one. OH AND I WILL HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A CALL!! REALLY!! NO CALL AND NO WASHER!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN I PROMISE

Avoid Rockwell Interior Design, which is also operating as Chic Cabinetry…read more(Rockwellcabinetsdesign.com) in Gig Harbor, WA. We chose Rockwell/Chic at the recommendation of our contractor, as this was their preferred cabinet provider. This proved to be a mistake, as Liane Rockwell was more interested in satisfying her sense of design than meeting our needs within the space available. Our contractor needed to intervene to get the design changes we needed. Then the design mistakes showed up with the cabinets. Drawers would not fit under bathroom sinks and had to be remade, the kitchen appliance garage was missing the internal box and shelves, and the storage cabinet for our laundry room was delivered without anything to support the internal shelves and it was 2 inches shorter than needed, preventing the installation of the adjacent cabinets flush to the ceiling as desired. The Liane's response was, "Those things happen", and she refused to correct the situation. Leaving our contractor to deal with the cabinet manufacturer.

There are many custom drawers, shelves and cabinets that Leanne designed in to fit in with the various "work areas" of the kitchen.
