We went into staples to print copies and we could not figure out how…read moreto get it from our email to staples so we ask the young girl with glasses for help, well half an hour later with no acknowledgment from the girl we left and went to our car to look at our email and try to fiqure it out ourselves which we DID! We then went back in and completed what we came to do and while we were there the same girl looked at us but didn't acknowledge us! On our way out she was behind us to get a cart that was left outside so my husband said hey thanks for acknowledging us and for helping us! She replied well we are super busy!!! How rude and also isn't that what your job is to help people in that area because that is where you work! Staples DO BETTER!

His communication response time was unmatched. Although small orders, he paid no less attention to them, keeping me promptly updated on build and ship status. I opted to have the products shipped directly to the Accent warehouse, and despite being after hours, Jeff jumped to offer assistance loading the boxes way beyond my expectations. I 100% was blown away by the level of attention and assistance I received. In 10min, I walked out with everything I needed. Absolutely horrible customer service. A failed print job due to broken printers which they claim…read morethey refunded but never did. Two weeks, multiple phone calls and visits later, still no refund. Avoid at all costs. Can't wait for this place to go out of business.
