I called and Zach was willing to see us right away. When I was on my way there I had an accident and fell down a flight of stairs, so needless to say I wasn't in a position to go meet Zach. He was wonderful and told me not to worry about it that he would be there for us when we were ready. He WAS!!! We called on a Sunday and he met my husband and was able to repair my son's computer in about 4 hours. He was kind and didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge regarding computer repair. His rates were very reasonable and I would highly recommend Eyemax for anyone experiencing computer problems. I will definitely use them again if I should encounter any problems in the future.

My wife needs a computer at home for her work and could not afford any down time. A quick call to White Wolf had me bring in my computer for diagnostic. As we feared it was dead. However they were able to salvage everything on the hard drive, walked us through options for new computer, ordered and installed it within days.
