Then she proceeds to talk about me to a coworker. I left the store and took my business elsewhere. Called the corporate office and was transferred to the manager, the same one that was so rude. She tells me it was a misunderstanding. You deliberately flipped your hair, told me "whatever, whatever " and walked off when I asked why she couldn't she call someone to help me when she walked right by me 3 times!! Poor customer service! This manager needs to be fired and someone who really wants to work and cares about their job brought in to replace her. I'd give them zero stars if I could!

It did take longer than I expected it to take but I know that had to do with having to order some parts plus I know corey was out sick, but that really shouldn't count against them. Life happens.

be aware, our securtiy camera system went down, since I thought they were fixing my laptop issued…read morewe asked for them to fix the security camera system, they picked up our PC at office, brought to their place and gave a two price senereo, we said no thanks, so they returned. About three weeks later, one of the employees had a technician they know come by to look at system, told us that we could not run our security cameras with this PC due to not having a video card for the cameras, so I called to see if they would bring it back to us and the owner claimed they didnt have it and for me to call my attorney and hung up.....the week before they picked up the PC for the security camera system, I brought my lap top to get a hard drive loaded on it, charged $ 99, then the following week, took back as hardly any info was on the new laptop, they kept for another few days, still could not get info transfered, then I brought to another place and it was done in two hours, called them back and they said "oh well"....so this is a double whammy.....and they dont care about satisfaction
