I dropped my computer off with them in October, since it just wouldn't turn on. Two weeks later a…read morewoman called me to tell me the processor was dead and asked if I wanted them to pull my data off. Apparently, the idea of fixing the computer did not cross their mind. I then informed her that I wanted them to FIX the computer to which she responded that the processor would have to be replaced with the exact same processor, as if that were some sort of problem. I don't hear anything for SEVEN months. I finally go in to check on their progress and they inform me that a replacement processor could not be found, so they just sat on it for seven months. I take my computer, go home, get on google and find a replacement processor in under 45 seconds.

I can't understand why L.C. really needs two Office Depot locations, every time I happen to shop here I can do a headcount on my fingers...including employees. This is probably because I usually am here after 10:00am, when all good secretaries and teachers are working and not shopping. But let me tell you, if you need some organization, home or business office supplies, desks, bookcases, or chairs this is the place to be. For electronics, I'd rather deal with Best Buy, but Office Depot has a nice selection. I believe they will print out posters and such advertising for you which is a bonus. They had friendly customer service, but I like to just shop the aisles and see whats up. Prices were so-so. A-OK

Spending a number of years in second place, the company had been steadily closing the gap with perennial powerhouse AT&T. Lab tests show that Verizon's iPhone 4 is just as good as the popular AT&T model. If you've been lusting for an iPhone, but AT&T's network coverage doesn't work for you, the Verizon iPhone will be your savior. But if you didn't want an iPhone before, there's nothing new here to change your mind. With the multitudes of new customers converting from AT&T or new to the 3G plan, you can expect this to hose up the whole network until they complete upgrades. The 4G network they tout is only available right now in major metropolises. A current complaint is that "Verizon wireless has grown too big for their britches." I would rather deal with a dropped call here and there with AT&T than take the chance with a slow network, as I use the network more. I am however a customer of their wireless internet options. Starting with a USB device and after having problems getting the 'Fivespot' to work now am a customer of the MiFi, enabling me to finally have Wi-Fi in my house. The staff is fairly knowledgeable with their products, and technical support for the Fivespot issue was adequate although after an hour on the phone, I felt that I knew about as much as she did about how to get the thing to work. She waived the restocking fee, which allowed me to switch out the device in the store for free. I've got no complaints with this store, everyone was courteous and seemingly tried their best to solve my issue, although the wait times in line are horrendous.

Manager flipped her hair and walked off saying something to me when I asked why she walked by me 3…read moretimes and hadn't bothered to ask if I needed help. Then she proceeds to talk about me to a coworker. I left the store and took my business elsewhere. Called the corporate office and was transferred to the manager, the same one that was so rude. She tells me it was a misunderstanding. You deliberately flipped your hair, told me "whatever, whatever " and walked off when I asked why she couldn't she call someone to help me when she walked right by me 3 times!! Poor customer service! This manager needs to be fired and someone who really wants to work and cares about their job brought in to replace her. I'd give them zero stars if I could!
