The work done was quality work and I appreciate the thoroughness of the report. It was a 9am inspection and as the inspector left the property I was told I would have the report that evening. It didn't arrive so I called in the morning and was told I would have it shortly. It didn't arrive within the next few hours so I called again and was told it would be there in the evening. I did receive it at 6pm that night, which wasn't a problem at all. I just wish he hadn't set unrealistic expectations of when I should expect to receive it because it stressed me out wondering if and when it would arrive. Still a great job done! read more
