He spoke to me about how they are wanting to set up an ostomy care service and asked if I'd be willing to share insight into my experiences. My ostomy supplies had to be ordered in; I went there on a Saturday and they came in on Tueday. When I wasn't able to pick up my supplies, he delivered them to my work place in Vancouver. NO ostomy care centre has EVER offered that to me before. Wow! I definitely recommend this place to ostomy patients in the Tri-Cities area (and beyond!).

I am a plus-sized girl and have a very large calf. It is quite muscular as well, so I was very worried about being able to find a boot that would fit. And while it did take a lot of work, we ended up finding one that fit great. Nelson, the man who assisted me, was extremely kind and did not ONCE make me feel bad about being a bigger woman. He did everything he could, including calling around to see if there were any other options for me. He was taking bits and pieces from different boots to customize it for me too. All of this was without asking. He made sure he didn't hurt my ankle too, which was more than I had to say about the ER physicians!!! I ended up paying $138 and it is covered 80% by my extended medical. You will pay almost double this at a specialist office. Anyways, I will be back. They have great deals on ice packs (a HUGE one for $8 and it is reusable) and rehab equipment. I will tell everyone who needs it to go to them!
