Ken and Patrick....you guys are amazing... I am happy to say that finally their is a tax relief company who has integrity. When my husband and I first called them immediately they took control in a friendly way by asking us some questions, calming us down, and making us forget how much money we owed the IRS nearly $55,000 for over 5 years of back taxes and penalties from my husbands Truck Driving business. All those years of driving and thousands of hours away from home while I took care of the kids was tough enough. Unfortunately, this left us without time to handle our finances properly. It's unfortunate some of you guys got audited. Audits are never fun as I have dealt with them before. it Wasn't from this office in particular but from H&R Block which is supposed to be thee most legit Tax service. Which is what I believed until I received an Audit saying I owed 5K. Few years later I found Rivas Empire, and Mrs. Rivas helped me fix and amend my taxes from H&R Block and in conclusion got me out of owing any money with a full refund of what I had already paid. So kudos to her for even taking the time or have concern to help me. I am sure for people who got audited, it could have been resolved the same way she resolved it for me. Their office is always packed so its kinda uncomfy in there and patience is low. I believe she has 2 or 3 helpers but her customer volume is so high, I can see why it's hard for her to get to everybody. I find myself becoming very impatient just as everyone else but it's well worth the wait. Second off, I get quotes from different tax preparation companies each year and she out does them by at least a thousand with the same info I give everybody else. So Rivas has my vote. National Tax Service provided an Outstanding Service! My 2017 Fed/State tax returns were very complicated with the sale of my LV rental property. I really thought that I was going to have to pay several thousands of dollars in Capitol Gains tax. Robert the Taxman Harris is the BEST! He was able to put everything together and explain to me and my wife on what we did wrong on are previous years taxes. In the past 2 years, I prepared my taxes with a friend by using turbo tax. I decided to go back to having Robert prepare my taxes and I'm very thankful that I did. I was able to get a large refund of over $6,000 for my 2017 Fed/State tax returns. I received two checks in the mail from Fed/State in less then 4 weeks. In addition, Robert prepared my college son's Fed/Sate taxes and he received 0 for Fed and paid only $2.00 to the great state of CA. Again, I thought my son would pay a lot but I was wrong again. You get what you pay for. Yes, I could have paid less to have my taxes done by one of those companies that does not keep up to date with all the tax changes and is less than savvy. However; why take the chance of getting audited. This group does great work, are extremely knowledgeable and not only understands tax prep but how to fix tax issues. Super nice and attentive staff, plus they are open 12 months a year unlike most other companies. I have referred about 4 others and all of them were ecstatic. 2 said they were cheaper and 2 said they were more expensive. But all said, well worth every penny we paid. I highly recommend, also Robert & Ken told me that they do charity prep work. If someone has a basic tax return with no dependents and basic W-2 they file those for under $100 or often times free, very cool. read more

I highly recommend National Tax Relief. We went through some tough years starting up a new business. The 1st year we did a poor job filing our returns and we were audited... very painful and disruptive.
