Amazing!! I had really terrible credit immediately out of high school back when they allowed creditors to just send u credit cards in the mail when u turned 18. I wasn't really taught how to use them properly and got in over my head. That was a start to a full adult life of bad credit. Not to mention years of medical bills & all sorts of other things on top of the credit card debt. I always had a low credit score and just got used to functioning in life that way. Got used to having to pay more interest on everything etc etc. A friend referred me to Nationwide after wasting money paying other credit repair companies to do what I could have done on my own and then seeing the creditors just add it right back on somehow. She referred me to Caroline as like the broker between the actual team who clears your credit. I've never met her in person but she is amazing and will DEFINITELY have a good story to tell you! I may have had 6 figures worth of bad credit when I signed up with them (added all together between the bureaus) now I have ZERO and NOTHING was ever added back on by the creditors after being removed. NOTHING! They definitely give you an A+ report card!! I confidently can say they are the ABSOLUTE BEST out of all the repair companies you hear about. I've referred sooooooooooooo many people to them and they all have great credit now, thanks to Nationwide! Be patient with the process if u may have difficult items like I did. Lots fall off quickly in the beginning but u have to just have peace and patience for the rest. Good things come to those who wait! It WILL come off. They work hard and prove it to u with reports that u can log in to see the progress and when and who they reached out to. I just forgot about mine and kept living my life and checking my report periodically. If you are looking for a quick fix, but you have terrible things on your credit you can go to one of those other companies, but the likelihood of it staying off your report with the other companies is very low. They WILL NOT come back with Nationwide! I do not know these people. I've never met them. Only phone and email conversations. I'm not being paid for this review and get zero benefit from taking the time to write it. I'm writing this detailed review because they genuinely deserve it!!! My suggestion to anyone using this service is to be proactive on top of what they are doing for u in the meantime. If u can, open up a few SECURE credit cards with ur own money to begin to build credit again. When Nationwide takes everything off, it will look as if you've never had credit and having the secure cards will help u to build new credit and start over from scratch. Now you should know what NOT to do and make better choices. This is the process I took and eventually the secure cards gave me my money back and gave me a higher limit and I never allowed it to go over 20% usage and always always always pay on time now. After always being denied luxury vehicles, places to live etc, I was able to walk into a luxury dealership, apply to get a new car lease and they approved me with no money down and no proof of anything!!! I wouldn't have wasted so much time with this company if i knew my scores were going to remain the same for a very long time. The accounts I paid them to delete was still there despite the time i gave them to do their job. As a result of the incompetence, I terminated all dealings with them. My negative items were just recently deleted by a veteran independent credit repair expert on telegram named cyberianx. Apparently he has some methods of making negative items go away faster than the official number of years it takes. My score is back in a great shape now, thanks to the process, read more

Don't waste your money. Joanna and the entire team have poor communication or none. Probably because they didn't do anything. I committed 4 months in hopes of some improvement with my credit score. They lead me on and had excuse. "We're waiting to hear back" but coincidentally when I call a few days after 45 days they just so happen to get my letter in the mail. All a bunch of BS. I understand it takes 30-45 to get reports back from the credit bureaus but they didn't inform me on what they were sending or how my investigation was going. Let me start by saying this is a legitimate review from an actual (now former) customer. I have my doubts how many other reviews are authentic. I'm sure NCC's clients are mostly made up of individuals like me; in some measure of desperation and looking for a quick credit fix. Think this was a good reminder that there are no quick fixes - and certainly not in the hands of this business, that simply lacks all basic tenants of client service, professionalism and case management. In their favor, they did send a flurry of templated 'dispute letters' days after my initial onboarding that resulted in 2 older items being deleted (and exactly 0 points added to any of my scores) - but that was the absolute extent of their actual work. I did attempt more than a few follow-ups in an effort to get some basic questions answered and motivate some action - met with general non-responsiveness or, at best, abrupt replies that offered no recourse. I suppose it's hard to measure whether NCC is any better/worse than other providers in the sordid 'credit fix' industry - but can report with absolute certainty that the $900 I paid to them was money lit on fire. This review is long overdue, but I have to give my sincere thanks and appreciation to this company. I was reminded just how far I came when I had my credit pulled yesterday and was informed it was 821! A few years ago I had a score in the 500's and was constantly hassled by creditors, primarily from old medical bills. Just called this company and I believe I spoke to Todd. He was extremely rude and arrogant. He doesn't know when to shut his mouth and let a customer speak. Unlike he thought, I already had contacted collectors to get information removed from my credit and was checking to see if he provided a service to get it expedited to the credit bureaus. I requested information and received a call back from a Mike Stern. He was very bored during the call and basically didn't let me get a word in. He was very annoyed by my questions and very rude to me during our conversation. If someone is going to trust you with all of their information and is paying you I don't understand why you have attitude because I'm inquiring about your services! Totally rubbed me the wrong way. Update- after my terrible phone call I received an email from Todd stern who offered his services for no charge! He was apologetic for my experience and It seemed sincere. Initially I was skeptical of this company because their rules didn't seem fair for the amount of money I was paying them. They took my initial payment and immediately sent out the first letters to all the credit bureaus. Shortly after I moved and asked for them to change my address. They sent me thru hell to change my address requesting a utility bill. Well, with me just moving into the new place, I didn't have anything with my name and address, and the lease wasn't in my name, but my uncle's. That was in April/May. Now in September, I just received my 2nd letter from TransUnion and they were able to have a judgement lifted from my report, that was just issued last December. It was for an apartment that I rented with an ex-boyfriend. The main reason why my current apartment is in my Uncle's name is because I wasn't able to get an approval anywhere with the judgment on my records. I'm sure my score has now went up. In total the following items have been deleted from my reports between April and now (September): Experian: Started with 31 items, 15 deleted so far Equifax: Started with 31 item, 15 deleted TransUnion: Stated with 31 items; 19 items deleted. I'm am very happy with their services. Now I just need to get control of my finances and keep control so that I never have to have bad credit again! read more

Highly recommended. I was referred to NCC by a car salesman when I found out that my credit wasn't good enough to get financed. I had some stuff lingering on my credit from a few years back and it was really affecting my ability to take advantage of prime finance rates and obviously kept me from purchasing a new vehicle. I took the car salesman's advice and gave NCC a call. All I can say is within 6 months NCC helped get my credit score over 750 again! I was able to get a 1.6% finance rate on a brand new vehicle and I was able to refinance my property saving me a few hundred per month. The very reasonable fee NCC charged me is peanuts compared to what it has done for me in return. It was a great feeling to look at my credit report and see all of the negative reporting wiped out. I found out five years ago that my credit was harmed when I went to buy a refrigerator at Sears, and immediately after this I became a client of Nationwide Credit. It turned out my ex-husband defaulted on a credit card that still had my name on it, despite assurances that my name was off all credit cards when we divorced twenty years ago. I was helpless to do anything about this because the credit card company still viewed it as a joint account. Thanks to Nationwide Credit repair, I have been able to remortgage my home and establish new lines of credit these past five years while waiting for the credit card company to clear my history. Then yesterday Nationwide Credit let me know that my credit reports are now cleared of all derogatory information. None of this would have been possible without their professional and expert help. Working with this company has been a extremely disappointing and wasteful experience. I saw all the super positive reviews and was sold... but upon actually paying them and trying to work with them it was pretty apparent that nothing was getting done. When I would call in and inquire about the results, I would receive 3 to 4 different answers. The young lady that I was assigned, straight up told me that she just had forgotten to work on my file for the past 2-3 months. Ouch! I saw some negative reviews prior to signing up but I figured the people who left those were bad apples. Not the case. Every time I would ask why nothing had been done they just had excuse after excuse but zero results. Over $500 wasted on this in addition to three months of waiting. I was on the fence for signing up not that I had a lack of faith in Nationwide, but I just thought my situation was a total loss or not worth the effort. Needless to say I was WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did one of Credit scores increase by 112 points, but they were also able to delete information I just knew they wouldn't be able to. Keep in mind this is only month 1!!!!!!! On day 25 the deletions were complete, so on the 30th day when the report was set to update, BOOOM! Taaadaaa! I still have the other 2 reports to get corrected, but so far It was worth every penny. No communication whatsoever unless you call or you send an email, otherwise I have no idea why you pay the monitoring money every month. This guy has no argument to make. It is with great pleasure to write a 5-star review about Nationwide Credit and my experience with Todd Stern. First of all, I did not have "shabby" credit, but did need to improve my score for future higher-end purchases (i.e. mortgage, vehicle, etc). My overall goal was to re-finance with a higher credit score, remove prior history of a few late payments, and I wanted my score to be well over 700+ points. I signed up and used the service for 1-year and saw immediate results. The online portal was user friendly, I tracked monthly progress and talked to Todd personally each quarter. I was totally skeptical when I heard about a credit clearing company. But when you have a mortgage broker tell you you can't even think about buying a house without a certain credit score, you'll do whatever it takes to get the number up. I received an email after one week of signing up with Nationwide stating that some accounts have been removed from my husband's report. I jumped right on Credit Karma to see if his credit score went up a couple points and I was shocked to see it went up 50 points!!! That's right...his credit score went up 50 points in ONE WEEK! I am convinced this place is ran by scam artists. I paid over $650 on a span of 4 months, and I have seen no positive impact on my credit score, only a decrease. Also, after making consistent payments they sit on my profile information, and only sent out letters when I called to get an update on my profile. After noticing they did nothing after the preliminary credit check and dispute the first month, I cancelled the contract and demanded refund. what happened next month?, you guessed it they charged me again, even after talking to Mike Stearn and him agreeing to give me a partial refund for services he did not do. (when I called to complain, he didn't even dispute my claims, probably because he knew he didn't do anything on my profile and he knew he wasn't going to issue me a refund.) These people just sit back and hope you forget to check your bank statement while they collect payment and sit on their a**. 0/5 stars. I am actually using this company. They have achieved some positive results for me by way of removing derogatory items from my credit reports, however progress at times has felt slow. For awhile it seemed that I had to nudge them along by sending a message online to keep them moving forward. However, following my original review (this is the edited version) Todd Stern at NCC personally reached out to me with his direct contact info. In reality I should have spoken with Todd sooner as he's a friendly guy and was quite helpful in bringing me up-to-date on my file. I would recommend this company if you are not inclined toward a "do it yourself" approach to credit repair, and you do not expect perfect results (perfect results are probably not a reasonable expectation when it comes to credit repair, as it can be a gradual process of chipping away at the derogatories). Let's face it, there is no magic "negative credit eraser", but from my experience this company does know what they're doing, and is on the ball. You might need to be a little bit proactive if things seem not to be moving forward by getting in touch with them to discuss your file. I'll consider upgrading my review if this company achieves further results. read more

Had great experience with nationwide credit! Todd and staff were excellent, attentive to my needs and professional. After having enlisted their services for the past 8 months, they were successful in removing 35 items from my credit report. I had two derogatory items that they tried to remove and couldn't. They referred me to a lawyer who took the case with no added costs. The lawyer was able to sue the credit reporting agencies under the fair credit report act and get these delinquencies removed from my report. They also settled the lawsuits and put some significant $ in my pocket. All in all, nationwide did what they said they would do and improved my credit report. read more

This place is a joke and a scam!! My husband and I were very skeptical at first and we should've followed our gut from the start!! MAYBE this place is good for people that have a lot of debt or many things to clear from their report over a long period of time. However, if you don't have much, read on to find out why this place is NOT where to go for help!!! We recently hired Nationwide Credit Clearing because we were looking to purchase our first time home. Now, my husband literally only had 4 items that needed to be cleared from his report as he really does not have much in his credit report. He had 1 paid off and cleared judgement, 2 late payments one dated in 2013 and 1 in 2015 with an incorrect overall balance from a jewelry store, 1 late payment dated back to 2011 from another account, and 1 negative jewelry account with multiple late payments that's been paid off and closed. He had a total of 4 items to be removed from his credit report. Taken the fact that he literally did not have much and how this place had good reviews of people with multiple negative items removed from their account fast, we really thought this was going to be a piece of cake for them and wouldn't take long....oh how WRONG were we!!! Maybe it could've been something they could've handled fast, but they really just want your money!! Let me explain.... We dealt with Michael, and let me tell you, this man is very rude and very sarcastic!!! For starters there's absolutely no communication from them!! They charge you the $250 upfront fee regardless of how many items need to be removed, they feed you the "we've been in business....blah blah blah....." crap, they tell you they want to get it done as quickly as possible and are not "trying to just take your money" but that is indeed what they do and I have proof, which is why I'm so pissed off!!!! They took our $250 fee, and sent out "the letters" to the credit companies on 11/8/16 and then were told we would have to wait 30-45 days for a response from the credit companies. Mind you, you get automatically charged another $250 exactly 1 month in regardless if you have received a response/result from the credit companies or not!! Now, since I stated we were skeptical, we also prior to hiring them, printed out all 3 credit reports and took them in person when we hired them. Michael barely glanced at them!! He pulled up 1 report from his computer and when compared to the same credit report we had printed out saw that they were missing some information!! He insisted that he would dispute what he had and if there were missing accounts he would then tackle them the "following round" (again, keep in mind it takes 30-45 days for a response, so you would be paying for "another round" with or without a response). So we told him we would feel more at ease if he could just use the reports we were giving him and dispute the 4 items on all reports. We decided to do a little digging of information in which we found out that the "satisfactory release of judgement" was never signed by the judge and were told that we needed the release in order to have it removed from the credit report. So, we went to downtown to get it signed by a judge right away and took the signed release of judgement form to the company. When we met with Michael, he was very unwelcoming to me being there, didn't care for the document and said he wouldn't send it in and if it remained unresolved, he'd tackle it in the next round. I then asked to see the letters or what he had sent out because the portal is a joke! The portal literally does not say or show anything!!! He never showed them to me and said I would have to wait for a response. I then told him that we noticed that the jewelry store had the wrong balance on the credit report, and his response to me was for ME to call the account and tell them to update my credit report balance!! He said and I quote: "Call the jewelry card company and tell them to update your balance on your credit report, if they do not want to do it, just be demanding with them on the phone just like you're doing with me, it shouldn't be hard for you." The blew my mind!!!! I left livid!!!! I was beyond pissed off!!!! So unprofessional!!! After I left, I went home, told my husband and decided to log into all 3 credit companies ourselves and submit the information ourselves regarding the judgement and updated balance for the jewelry store!! This was on 11/17/16. Long story short, I spent 3 hours yesterday on the phone with all 3 credit bureaus getting a "status of a dispute." I told each company there should be 2 disputes on file, the one Nationwide "did" on 11/8/16 and the one we did on 11/17/16. When they looked up our disputes, we were told the only dispute on file was the one I made on 11/17/16 and that there was never one done prior to that! That means we paid $250 and they never did ANYTHING?! We cancelled our services with them before they charge us for another month of no work and no response! read more

I'm not sure why these few people had a bad experience but I am AMAZED at how quickly they cleaned up my report. I seriously went from a 565 to a 754 in only 3 months!!! I had to check my credit scores multiple times to believe it. People should really read up on their website or call for a consultation prior to making a commitment though, it may not be for everyone. It does state they cannot clear everything. Personally, I still have some things sitting on my report but there is a lot more that has been cleared and I couldn't be any happier. I also have been working on my good credit so I'm sure that helped. I love how you don't even barely need to communicate with them. my day to day life is so busy it would be hard for me to constantly be in communication with them so I enjoy this feature where others might be a bit more skeptical about it. Initially I didn't think these services were credible or necessary. Why can't we manage our own credit ratings? Well . . . Refinancing as an entrepreneur without W2 verifiable income is no picnic - but it can be done. There were erroneous items on my credit report and inconsistencies with the 3 credit bureaus. Dealing with the credit bureaus is inane My mortgage broker recommended that I talk to Todd Stern at Nationwide. Todd knows the system and how to hold them accountable. The fees are reasonable and you'll see results right away. They are not trying to gouge you - you can cancel anytime. After 8 tedious months I refinanced a property that had doubled in value and is cash flow positive. This should be a no brainer. Unfortunately with our system today - it is not. When I finally got the deal done, I'm not lying, I cried a little. I'm guessing that anyone who complains about this service did not hold up their end of the bargain. This is a partnership. When Nationwide says they need documents - get them over right away. I followed their instructions step by step and am very pleased with the outcome. We do have choices, there are solutions.
