Zaid provided 5 star service, I was thoroughly impressed during my interaction. Typically when calling a tow truck service you expect to wait 1- 2 hours. However I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. It may have been a system error that stated I would receive a driver within the hour, however the tow truck was there in 15 minutes and when help arrived a gentleman by the name of Zaid got down and wasted no time. Through on his hazard lights and came to assess the vehicle. I was simply expecting to have someone come and provide the service but he provided much more. He assessed the damage and was able to explain to me the problem, and how I would need to proceed with the resolution. Not to mention he changed two of my front tires expeditiously. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Nation Wide Tows--and especially Sais--absolutely saved the day last night. After two other towing services showed up, shrugged, and walked away, I was convinced my situation was impossible. But then Sais arrived... early, no less. From the moment he stepped out of the truck, you could tell you were dealing with a true professional. He took his time to assess an extremely challenging situation, thought through every angle, and came up with a plan that was pure genius. No rushing, no drama--just calm, confident problem-solving. And then he executed flawlessly. What everyone else said couldn't be done, he handled with precision and ease. Watching him work was like watching a master at their craft. AAA called Nationwide at 7:40 am. I was still waiting for a tow at 1:30 pm so canceled w AAA and found another towing company to use on my own. Not sure what the disconnect was, but unacceptable to wait 6 plus hours for a tow next to a busy intersection. read more

I called AAA, around 7:45pm , and I guess they called Nationwide Tow. Four and half hours later I drove home on a flat tire. It was 12:20am and I was tired and wanted to get home before the snow storm. I was going back and fourth with AAA, they let me know it might be alittle while, estimated time was 10:58pm. Which I thought and told them that was ridiculous. As there was no bad weather and shouldn't be that busy. The guy called me around 10:25pm, says to me "do you still want me to come" ( not do I still need him). I told him yes I am sitting here with a flat. He says oh man, ok. I heard a woman and some noise in the background, almost like he was partying. Then he calls me 5 minutes later. Says, "yeah I called you, oh yeah I'm down the street about 25 minutes". He acted like he forgot he called 5 minutes ago, and he really did not want to come. An hour later he is still not here. I let AAA know, they called him, oh he said 25 minutes. That's what he said over an hour ago. I wait until 12:10am, let AAA know he was still not here. They get back to me he said 25 minutes. By this time I said f it, I told them I would not wait for an asshole that can't tell time. If I ruined my tire and or rim I would bill them and him. I would never call Nationwide Tow for anything. They can't get drivers to do the job they are being paid to do. Your on call, so what it's a Friday night, you need to take the call and DO YOUR job. read more

Avoid this company at all cost!!! I have AAA and this is the company they contracted to facilitate my tow. I put in for the tow Sunday around 4 pm. An hour later they called me requesting to do the tow at 8 am the following day because their driver wanted to go home. I agreed trying to help them out. I called Monday morning around 730 to confirm the tow, and was assured the driver would be there promptly at 8. I didn't receive a call from the driver until 915, letting me know they would arrive at 930. I told the driver the vehicle could not be started and that they would have to winch it onto the truck. The driver showed up and without letting me know started the vehicle and caused damage to my transmission. As soon as the issue arose, I called the dispatcher to inform them. As I was on the phone with him, the tow drivers just drove away with my vehicle in the middle of the road. The dispatcher had to call them and tell them to come back. After the arrived, I called the dispatcher back and now he was being aggressive with me because he was upset with his drivers. I was assured they would take care of the damage caused, just for them to tell me they would not do anything by the end of the day and that I should just call AAA if I want something done. If this company is ever sent to you by AAA or any other business, I highly recommend denying their service and having another company sent out regardless of wait time!​​​ read more

Nationwide Tows was great. I called AAA and they sent Nationwide Tows. The tow truck driver was very helpful and kind. The customer service personnel that I spoke with were helpful and patient. Caller is from McHenry County, not San Francisco Called at 8:30 PM for a lockout on a running car. Tow company said 90 minutes. At 90 minutes, nobody. Called dispatch, went back and forth for about an hour, turns out that you are having troubles with your single freaking truck...but remember this is a lockout. All you need is your airbag, a wedge, and a stick/lasso to hit the button or grab the manual lock ont he top of the door...anybody with a freaking car could have arrived and completed the work. The best part was that when dispatch finally got a hold of you guys, you said ETA was 4 hours. Are you even a real business or just an insurance scam...like Lincoln Towing in Chicago. Zaid is really helpful. I got my battery replaced and for some reason it won't start after that. He came to pick up my car in about 15 minutes even though the estimated wait time was 45 minutes. He is really amazing, allowed me to sit with him and is a really good conversationalist. Really saved me from a lot of misery. read more

Stay away, find another tow company. Misleading and will try to scam you. They have no real customer service reps. Recieved names and was later told they dont exist. Was told the tow driver that their dispatch sent does not work for them. Overall just a poor excuse for a company. read more

415 pm request for tow. "It will be 75 minutes". It is now 6 hours later and they are finally picking the car up. This company will not answer the phone and will not give you accurate eta's. Poorly run. Driver would not even give me contact info for his manager and ran away during the conversation. Upon further follow up, the manager "Joe" claimed I tried to assault the driver and threatened to get out insurance canceled. AVOID. Poorly run business, poor customer service.
