She started off nice until I explained my situation with my insurance with my employer, she then proceeded to tell me it was illegal like I already didn't know that. She seems like she was bothered by me calling, really lacked customer care and service. I was asking what my options were and all I got told was we will have to pick up the equipment due to no insurance. What happened to working with patients and giving a damn about care and others? I know the insurance isn't her problem, it is mine and so is my health but damn customer service could go a lot further in her line of work what happened to compassion and giving a shit about patients and their health. I've been proceeded to ask her. What are my options if my provider is wanting me to be on it she says I guess self-pay and then was rude. Giving me the amount. I then told her I would call back and speak to somebody else because of her poor customer service. The gentleman who originally brought my equipment to me was absolutely amazing so friendly, caring and compassionate. Maybe she should get some training from him.

This urgent care has very nice employees... they're just horribly understaffed. Most of my visits to this urgent care result in being told to just go to the ER. Just went in on May 15th as the Country is just beginning to reopen from Covid, and I had zero fears that these people have it all under control. From the sweet young girl greeting you in the hall for a temp check and a fresh mask...to the kind young lady I woke up to immediately asking if I would like something to drink. Being my usual "sarcastic self" I mentioned how wonderful coffee will be when I leave...but she mentioned a co-worker might have some, and within minutes I had a wonderful & fresh cup of strong black coffee. :) Think that was compliments of Chase??? Regardless of who, and of all the names I do not remember...the faces don't seem to change, and they're all consistently awesome! I will never go anywhere else for an "elective" procedure. After X-rays and even two different physical therapists I was a bit discouraged. Friends and a gym recommended Dr Brimhall and after the first visit I was impressed. I been about four times. And it's not expensive. I'm doing better each time and he has given me a couple things to do at home. I'm now doing better, don't feel I really need to go back, took my wife yesterday and she too was very pleased even after having surgery two days before. Impressive! Plus the office staff is fun.

Delivered my first baby and I honestly wouldn't want to go to anyone else! I completely trust him and he did my c-section perfectly. His medical assistant/nurse, Meesha, is very unprofessional to the point that she comes off as snarky and callous. I suffered a miscarriage last year and Meesha was the worst to me. I remember her calling me to tell me that my levels did not double and prepare to miscarry. Blunt. Short. No compassion whatsoever. No empathy. She must not have children or know what a miscarriage is like because she was a sour suck on a lemon. I went in there for 3-4 ultrasounds and lots of blood work and every time she was ice cold. I did, unfortunately, miscarry at 10 weeks and I remember everyone at the front asking me, excitedly, how my ultrasound went after I just heard the bad news and having to break down, cry and tell them I lost my baby was very hard and lonely (especially during COVID). Not one person showed me compassion in that office besides Melissa (who is always very sweet). Also, when I call over the phone, whoever answers in the back, is very rude and short. I was asking questions about a prescription I was not comfortable taking. I think she was offended I would not trust something they prescribed, but doing my own research, did not want to risk it with my new pregnancy (especially since having a miscarriage previously). Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows, but phone etiquette is just as important and I don't want to feel like I am a bother when calling. Front office is overall, super nice. The young, main girl is always friendly to me. The younger checkout girl is friendly too, but needs help learning how to schedule. She has scheduled my appointment wrong twice now which is inconvenient for me since I take this time off to be there.
