I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. I agreed it did, and asked how much more it would cost. He said it would take "a lot longer" to do this, so $60 extra for the living room, hallway, and a little path in the bedroom. It took him 11 minutes to do this process, of spraying and using a machine to go over the sprayed area. Eleven minutes is NOT "a lot" longer. Next he set up for the steam cleaner, cleaned the 3 rooms and hallway, and put everything away. All that took a only 35 minutes! He never even offered to move one piece if furniture. He returned to the truck to do the paper work and brought it inside. He told me he didn't put the pre-treatment on the bill and I could just give him the $60!! He was gone in 61 minutes, and $60 richer it seems.

They are priced a bit higher than non-green cleaners, but I was fine with the price initially, especially for a deep cleaning. You expect to pay a bit more for a thorough cleaning of your house. The cleaners were punctual and I gave them instructions that I would like focus on the baseboards (we have a dog - they get dirty) and I also let them know they could completely skip the other two rooms, which to me means the rest of the house could easily be cleaned within the allotted time. When I came home, the house lacked that "wow - this is so clean!" feeling we've had in the past. I was stepping on crumbs, there is lots of debris left in the carpet, and there were other problems (see photos). To me, it was more of a normal weekly touch-up cleaning, definitely nothing deep about it. Also, on their website it explicitly says "no laundry or dishes", but they didn't make the beds, which I've never experienced. Seems like something that would be included? I'm also disappointed they have not responded to my concerns - most companies are quick to address customer feedback.
