Found this company here on Yelp and decided to pay it forward and write my own review so you know you are making the right decision. It is hard to find a decent vendor in South Florida who will even respond to your calls but this is truly a 5 star service from beginning to end. They responded within an hour of my Yelp request and sent the account manager Brooke out to us the very next morning.  She was hands down the most friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable manager.  She spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions and came up with a game plan that would fit our specific needs. We were dealing with a flea problem due to the number of stray cats living in the neighborhood who just happen to enjoy our yard the most. Because we have indoor dogs, Brooke was very in tune to the fact that we wanted the treatment to be safe for them. I was tremendously impressed with her even just as a person who was so caring and trying to help. Once Brooke came up with our solution, she then even spent extra time on the phone with us that evening to go over it.  The level of customer service was above and beyond.  Our actual technician who showed up a few days later to apply the first treatment was Jason and he was just as sweet and professional as the manager. He text me before he arrived which was a great help as I needed to know when to take the dogs inside.  He arrived promptly and did a great job with the yard. I called yesterday to schedule my initial appointment and they were able to get to us today! David came by today to do our initial inspection/ service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Walked me through what he was doing and seemingly did a great job. Time will tell but so far so good. He pointed out some things we might want to consider for the future but was not at all pushy. Additionally after the service was complete I received an email confirming my service was complete and listing all of the pesticides/ products/ chemicals used for the service which I thought was great. Having a dog (even though everything should be safe for him) this list gives me peace of mine that even if anything I at least know what was used. read more

Finally, a reliable, communicative, effective pest control service that I can count on even when I'm not in town. Luke is a pleasure to work with and his team is knowledgeable, skilled and professional. I received text messages to remind me of the appointment time, to confirm that Zak was on his way, that the service had been completed, exactly what was done and what chemicals were used, and then a follow-up text to see if I was satisfied. The office staff answered right away and knew the answers to my questions and put me in touch with the field supervisor and the technician. Our original date for our quarterly service was 6/21/22 however after seeing a dramatically increased presence of ants over a very short time, on 6/13/22, we called and spoke with Alex to see about getting our quarterly serviced moved up. He was able to get the appointment moved to the very next day, 6/14/22. Jamie did a very thorough job of listening to our areas of concerns and then inspecting and treating areas of insect infestation. I have been using native pest control for 2 years now they when I need them because I do such a great job. James and James came to my home yesterday because I was having an issue with palmetto bugs because of my backyard and they showed me where they're coming in from took pictures they pulled out my refrigerator they also pulled out my stove they were so thorough and not only that but they swept behind my refrigerator they didn't have I highly recommend native pest control over all other pest control companies as they are very concerned about the environment in your pets read more

When having an issue with ants we were looking for a company to help us with the issue when we came across Native Pest Control. When calling we had a lovely conversation that went over all the details and set up our first appointment for the next day. I needed to set up regular service for my house and a rental house. Native Pest Management was courteous on the phone, and the tech who came out was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He carefully inspected inside and out at both places. He gave me suggestions to help with my roach problem and answered all my questions about the chemicals and treatment process. Ely was super friendly, understood the issue well, performed an inspection and gave me detailed information. Great folks that work here. Someone came out right away to inspect our property. They were efficient, respectful and fast. Another worker came to set traps and he was also great!!
