Not really the type to go out of my way to leave these reviews but after this experience & seeing the review on RAW & now knowing I'm not the only one that's happened too makes it hard not to. A few of my buddies & I have been going to this location since it came up I even stopped going to my usual store for a while cause I like to support new & growing businesses & it's sad to say it turns out we've been supporting a pretty bad business. Went in today for a new box mod grabbed some juice too and received the wrong mod. No big deal though just go back and exchange it for the right one right? So I did that & got it exchanged for the one I intended to get & that didn't work out the box. Thought maybe it was dead and needed some charge so I hooked it up to the charger and still didn't work. It would cut on load up then as soon as it loaded say goodbye on the screen and cut off. Vape was DEAD dead. Broke dead. On the charger dead. Battery wouldn't go above zero or anything. It was kind of like when iPhones get stuck in a boot loop on top of a defective mod/battery. So figured I already got the wrong one and had to return that, now this one thats "brand new" doesn't even work so I might as well just go get a refund & use the money for something more useful. Well when I got there to return it I explained to one of the workers that I had already tried charging it & everything I'm pretty positive it's not working, (Not new to vapes either btw) so he continued to try & get it to work which I can understand you want to make sure it's actually defective & it's not just a mistake but after half an hour of waiting for it to charge and it not charging he reached the same conclusion I had said was going on in the first place and said that he's going to have to call his manager and see if they can do a refund cause I had already done a return and they're not sure if they can do the refund so I waited and the manager finally called and was offering store credit or to exchange it for one that costs the same & I said I just want a refund I already barely come here anymore anyways & after this experience I doubt I'll come back unless it's with a friend & they said that they were going to call their boss to see how we can resolve this. Then the boss called on FaceTime and was very giggly idk if he found it funny or what it was and would barely let me talk & just kept saying all he could do is give me store credit or exchange it but could not give me my at most $80 back according to their policy (the policy they made...and can't give me my money back?) so I asked how is it that a store that makes thousands a week/month can't refund me my $80 cash when I payed over that with cash initially & then began to go in circles getting more rude so I admittedly got rude too hung up and went to go look at butane (at this point I'm pretty sure he's not going to give me money back so might as well find something that a friend or I could use that's not a total waste). He called back and he asked his employee what was going on and if he could still talk to me in which the employee said he was pretty sure that I was done talking to him but he could try and In hearing that I said that yea I was done I don't have anything else to say he won't give me my money back and keeps going in circles about store credit and an exchange (which why would I want store credit at a store I barely go to any more and already up-charges a majority of their stock & why would I want to exchange for a vape when I just made 2 returns and one that was "brand new" was broke?) Said something about calling the police (which didn't even make sense to me & hey you're the one that it's rumored has a case for selling to minors & also rumored some Delta 8s..aren't actually Delta 8...so I mean go for it champ) so I said over $80 do whatcha want callem idgaf. That was pretty much the end of that cops never came I kept looking took forever to find something and still don't really need the things I got & was basically forced to get & use store credit. Hands down the worst shop experience I've had. They don't care for their customers it's all a facade to make you think they like you and are getting "deals" so you come back only to get taken advantage of without even knowing until you find out the hard way yourself, I'm not going to pull the customers always right thing i will say there's little to no customer care and the "care" or whatever you want to call it is just to finesse you. They Cut corners anywhere they can on products, tax tf out of their "heady" glass and glass in general (little tip if you didn't know, check out dhgate website you'll be sick at what some of these truly cost) sell unauthentic products of very reputable brands tarnishing those brands, lie to your face w conviction cause they don't even look into their product (Asked if the seeds they sold were CBD or THC and was told it was THC in confidence as I was looking up the site and they ONLY sell CBD products) read more
