He was knowledgeable on the skim boards and sized up the right board to my granddaughters height and weight. I spent more than I wanted too , but getting a better skim board meant better success. She skim boarded on our last vacation together in the Outer Banks. She went out everyday and eventually learned how to skim board. My reasoning for getting her a good one. I call them and get the details and find out that they come to you. Not like the other guys I called that you have to go where they are or will be. The price is right and they offer discounts the more time you book. The day came when her lesson was going to start. They called me to confirm our daughter's height and weight, showed up on time, brought the correct surf board. Explain from beginning to the end (who, what where and when of it all). My daughter who is ADHD with a big E in front (extreme) had no problems fallowing along, enjoyed it and I liked that we had a 2 hour lesson and after an hour they took a break and it was not included in the time booked. After it was said and done they did not pressure me into more time or other lessons. Very professional, punctual, understanding and most of all patient.

Spent about 20 minutes looking and go a few items to buy, went to the front and no one was at the register. Asks the young lady if she could ring us up and she pointed to the guy that was on a ladder hanging up signs and stocking. She said to ring bell and he will ring us up. So I rang the bell and I guess he was in a bad mood because I rang it more that once- he ignored us- finally I said to him Can you ring us up? He comes over finally and starts to ring and makes a smart comment about us playing with the bell- I'm 55 yrs old and on vacation sorry we were in a good mood- after I said that to him he leaves all my stuff on the counter and his words to me was " Get the Fuck out of my store" exact words- refuses to ring me up and walks off- there was other people in line which one of them was my 25 yr old son- he asks if he could come ring him up- The guy walks over to my son and grabs both of his arms that had merchandise in it and squeezed his arms which is Assault by the way- and tell him to "get the F out of the store as well. After all of this I lost it...we decide to just leave the store - there was about 5 other customers in there as well that placed all their items down and left as well due to this works actions and words towards us- We leave and go to visit a different store which is Store # T12 and everyone there was amazing- I called corporate today to explain what happened and spoke with Amanda- she was more worried that the salesperson at store T12 let us know that it happens alot at the Cherry Grove location instead of how she turned it around and told us multiple times she was sorry that happened- this will be the last time Tsunami ever get a dime of my money. Corporate office will not do anything about this issue so don't waste your time calling.
