Faustino and Reuben and the rest of the crew were so attentive to the changes and requests that I made throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to have Rain gutters or their house painted. They were also able to rebuild two patios and change out a couple of vertical posts that hold up the patio/roof that were water damaged. But only LI Metal Systems was the consistent one in terms of communication and follow up. I met with Michael Craven. A nice man older gentleman who is very professional and easy to work with. We setup a date and time to meet. He arrived on time and we discussed what I needed. He then took the time to measure, draw up a sketch of the work, and provided a quote on the spot. It was a no pressure estimate. He left and just said to reach out if I want to proceed. I got another quote from another company, but they were unlicensed. The other 2 were flaky, scheduling an estimate 3 weeks far in advance, and not responsive. I picked LI to the work. Someone called to schedule the install. They were flexible. The tech showed up and he had an official LI Metal Systems truck and uniform. A very pleasant man named Rafael. He reviewed the installation just to verify he has the correct information. He provided a time estimate. Overall, the work is fantastic and it looks really well done. It's seamless and installed properly and neat. I was worried at first because they didn't gave any reviews. But I tell you, you can't wrong picking LI Metal Systems to do the installation.

Although my husband and I are still trying to decide which company to go with, I want to say how incredibly impressed I am with Ryan at Conejo Services/Local Roofs. First, he arrived within the promised two-hour window. Additionally, he called me, and I received a text message with his approximate arrival time. Then, he explained the services they provide, the warranty, any additional services we requested be completed, and more. When I asked him questions about the process, he didn't make me feel dumb; he explained it in a very easy-to-understand way and definitely helped me understand the roofing process a lot better. After about 20 minutes of measurements and calculations, Ryan was able to email me a quote before he left our property! Unfortunately, this company had one of the highest quotes among the other roofing companies we met with, but I can't emphasize enough how professional and knowledgeable Ryan was.
