As soon as you step in you're greeted with houseplants, fun decor/vases and fresh cut flowers! The floral smell is amazing!!! A group of ladies were in some sort of boutique workshop--very cool! I purchase a small plant on every trip that I take (most people buy magnets or shot glasses, I buy plants ‍). I was shocked, the prices are so reasonable compared to most cities! I got 2 very healthy and happy plants and 2 cool pots for under $50! If I was local I'd shop here often.

I will just say that for valentines days of the future, they need to prioritize organization. I ordered $100 worth of roses to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day, I payed extra for delivery and I tipped on top of that ahead of time ($140 in total). They promised over the phone that the roses would be delivered by 5pm. They never showed up and they didn't answer the phone. I then went to the shop and stood online for 40 minutes. When I told them what happened they then tried to find the roses and couldn't. They found a small bouquet of roses and handed them to me with no offer for partial refund but they offered me a used glass vase. They seem like nice people but I am just not happy with my experience.

And I'll also include the 5 day old farmer's market bouquet I bought myself for 18.00 as a comparison. The delivery was on time but I would never trust them with a flower selection, design again. He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.

Living in this neighborhood for over 20 years , I always thought this plant shop was black owned. From the name to the "logo" this shop has promoted blackness since the beginning . I've purchased a few plants from here (not the best might I add) even asked if this was black owned due to logo and was told yes by a young lady working there. Turns out that was a lie!! It was when I finally met the owner I finally realized it's all a set up. I wouldn't support this place if someone paid me.!!! The only thing "black" about this place is the person the owner is involved with and he is way more important than her business! She's very nasty, insecure, full of hate , a culture vulture, entitled and just simply not that girl. Horrible customer service ! WHITE OWNED ! DO NOT SHOP HERE ! I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing or to anyone!! P.s If I could give a quarter of a star as a rating...I would have !!! The nursery was fully temperate to maximize the best growth of these delicate flowers and plants. When I've had healthy plants that I no longer had room for, they've been happy to take them and give them a new home. It's clear they care about both plants and the local community. Over the years I've purchased a Monstera Thai Constellation, a huge Philodendron Jungle Boogie, variegated pineapple mint, satin pothos, a large mature Ming aralia tree, variegated thyme, morning glories, and more. I've also seen beautiful varieties of marantas, calatheas, rose bushes, mandevillas, hydrangeas, snake plants, succulents, cacti, trees, carnivorous pitcher plants, philodendrons (pink princess, brazil,, anthuriums, ficus (ruby variegated rubber tree), begonias, scindapsus pictus (including the exotica), pothos, anthuriums, money trees, aglonemas, alocasias, peperomias, colocasias, tradescantia, pileas, monsteras and many other plants.
