I've come here multiple times and love the service. However, I made an appointment for an acrylic set for myself and hard gel for someone I was bringing with me. I made the appointment one day in advance and I was told yes. The next day, the day of the appointment, I was told no to my acrylic set, and I was only offered hard gel. Again, they do a fantastic job but I was pretty disappointed to have been told yes and then when I got there was turned down. It was slow when I arrived as three people who worked there were on their phones so I'm not sure why it couldn't have been done. read more

I went in to get Acrylic Nails done but they suggested to get powder since I'm really open to everything I said yes. Once the nails was place she didn't even ask me what shape or how short until she started to cut them. I'm used to having medium nails (coffin). She cut them so short. I'm the type of person that doesn't complain. I'll wait until the end to see how they come out. I left disappointed and upset. They look bulky, thick and I still have glue under the nail attached to my fingers. Plus for the price is not worth it at all $48. I don't mind paying as long it's quality work. I will be coming back once I need a fill and try it aga. Hopefully this time around I get a good quality work. Update: The very next day I went to get them redone Suki was understanding. From the moment we stepped into the building, all of the staff members would constantly remind me how much the services were going to cost. One of them asked me if I was sure I wanted to spend a certain amount of money and kept pushing me to get a cheaper service? Everything felt very rushed, and I felt like I was being judged the entire time. Additionally, my gel polish came off in less than a week. I got acrylic nails from another salon that weren't really what I asked for in terms of color, shape, or length and were really painful. I went in to get them removed and get a gel manicure done, but Sukei thankfully suggested fixing them instead. She removed the top coat and a lot of the polish, took the time to go over nail shapes with me and pick the best one for my finger shape, then shaped and shortened the extensions so they didn't hurt. She tried a couple colors on my nails that would be able to hide the original color so I could choose my favorite. They came out beautifully and I can honestly say she saved my nails while saving me from having to get the whole set redone! I will definitely be coming back, this is my new go-to place. read more

THE WORST!!!! I walked in desperate, afraid my local salon would be closed and I'm already a week over due. Asked if they could do a Pedi & a Gel-Fill? Sure! "Pick a Color!" as they all say... all I'm shown is regular polish...I ask, do you have Gel Colors? Oh yes.. here... OK - they shuffle me immediately to the Pedi station - no questions ask go to work on the Pedi - I was hoping for a "spa" experience, not some general pedicure, but, ok. Needless to say worst Pedicure EVER! Dude who did it kept making eye contact weirdly like we were on a date, and I've never ever left a pedicure w/calluses still on my feet (WTF did I pay for, the eye contact??) All he "scrubbed was the pad of my foot" & nothing more - never touched the heal or sides of the foot. Plus in every other pedicure I ever received, there was some semblance of a foot massage. Nothing here! Only an excessive leg massage -which I could care less of. Then I'm husseled over to the nail station where I wait almost 20 minutes before being attended to. The girl who begins my nails must be fresh out of "school" (and I use the term lightly) because in all my years of having my nails done I've NEVER had them done so un professionally in my LIFE! (and I'm talking at least 20 years of nail service!) First off, I am having a gel fill - she filed the nails down - never completely got the previous nail color off &proceeded w/the new application. Second, prior to applying the new layer of gel, she didn't prime the nail w/a base coat/sealer/vitamin oil to restore the natural nail before the gel. Third, every time I've had gel applied, they put the gel in the sanitizer/heater unit before using; no she just went to work with it. When filing my nails/the previous gel, she was also filing my nail beds/skin causing them to bleed. Who does that??? read more

Okay, so when I first started coming here, everything was nice. Good atmosphere, nice people, got the same person every time, clean... My only original complaint was there are signs all over asking you to make appointments, so I did, and then I would show up and still have to wait as long as any walk in. Then things started to change. Wait times got longer. Like. Really longer. For a fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax I was in there more than two hours. The original people working there disappeared and I stopped getting the same person every time even though I made appointments every time. And the straw that broke the camel's back was when my acrylics started breaking off like clockwork days before my next appointment. At least one of my nails has lost its acrylic 1-5 days before my next appt (every 2 weeks) for the last three fills. The only time before this I remember even breaking one was when I tried to bowl. I have been a regular customer at Natural Beauty Nail Spa since I moved to New York and it is absolutely fantastic!! Their pedicures are absolute heaven! I also get my nails done by Suki and she is absolutely wonderful. She explains everything she is doing, she's very very thorough, she is dedicated to her job and she is phenomenal at servicing her customers properly. She's so sweet, she takes her time, she gives each and every customer her undivided attention and if you need something changed or fixed just bring it to her attention and she will make sure it's fixed and the way you want it!! My friend and I went there and they had terrible service. First off, the person who did my nails took about 20 mins before they even got started. By the time my friend finished, they just started painting and we got there at the same time. The person who did my nails, did a horrible filing job and it took about an hour to finish a manicure that didn't even come out that well. Second, it kept getting interrupted with phone calls and than the person was on the phone while doing my nails. The only reason I'm giving this salons two stars is because their pedicures are decent. I got a gel pedicure and the girl did a pretty good job. Actually a pedicure is the only thing I would say is OK to get done here. If you have nails acrylic or gel DO NOT do it. The salon is nice and clean but as far as nails and fills, they do a terrible job. The owner did my nails and I haven't had such a bad job done in a long time. I just moved to the area and within 2 days my nails were lifting and the gel paint was chipping and peeling. All of my nails were different shapes and lengths and I had her fix quite a few along the way. Lastly, the job took over 2 1/2 hours when my old salon took maybe an hour and a half. But this was mostly due to the nail tech stopping to speak and laugh with her colleagues the whole time. I've been getting my nails done for about 5 years. Natural Nails is the only place I will ever go to get my nails, pedicure, or eyebrows done. The entire salon is extremely clean and every associate is so friendly. Owning a salon and working on nails is Suki's passion. She holds very high standards for her work and expects the same from her employees. I get the gel powder and they always last me up to 3 weeks! They never break or chip. I work in the food industry too, so they take a beating! My nails are always exactly how I want them. Allen is the sweetest and always a pleasure to talk to when I'm there. She does and excellent job too. Depending on what time you go, you might have to wait a little but it's worth it. Best manicure/pedicure! After being away for several years and now returning to the area, I knew where I needed to go for a manicure and pedicure. Natural Beauty Nail Spa! I had been a few times back in 2009 and fell in love with their pedicure options. Not many salons offer the jelly pedicure anymore. So I went yesterday (12/05/18) and I'm so glad I did! I'm a mom, and a nurse - my feet needed some love. They got it! I had the spa milk pedicure with the warm gel foot bath. My legs and feet are SO much happier and hydrated. Then I had a much needed manicure and decided to try the powder colors. I went with #84, an adorable pink. I love how light weight the powder is. My nails feel stronger in the sense that they're thicker (appropriately). My cuticles were handled with care and I feel so much better about the appearance of my hands, which were so dry. I wash my hands at least 25x/day. There's nothing more embarrassing than being at work, caring for patients and having unkempt looking nails/cuticles. Thank you to the lovely May, and of course Suki for your excellent work and dedication to your craft. I never feel rushed, only appreciated. I WILL be back! Ps- I read a comment stating there were kids running around in the shop. GOOD! Those children are so loved and you're an excellent Mother. Balancing life, family and work is difficult enough. Suki was so accommodating. I called her in a panic on a Friday night, I had my nails done the day before by someone else, and they were already chipping and peeling. I needed a manicure before starting work for the weekend. She took me in with 30 minutes till close. She took her time, was gentle and informative, and gave an amazing manicure. Went on a Monday with my best friend who lives in Cornwall. It was very quiet and we were helped right away. Great selection of nail polishes! We both got pedicures, 10 minute massages for our legs and arms. I also got a gel manicure. Everyone was so nice and the nail spa is very clean and seems brand new. We were given a discount card that they let me give to my BF since she is the one who lives in Cornwall. A week later both my feet and and hands look great. Definitely will be coming back. read more

The staff is super nice and always accommodating . Before coming here on the regular I would go different places to get gel manicures that would make my nails damaged and brittle. You can tell that the workers are inexperienced, and the salon is overpriced. $30 for a refill on acrylics for the employees to do an awful, uneven job while simultaneously ripping up the sides on 6 of my fingers. From the first visit the owner Suchy was precise, demonstrated excellent skills and was most honest. She has high standards and is always teaching her staff for greater improvement in technique. Each technician is skilled and customer focused. I have remained loyal to this salon for my every three week mani and pedi. The extra 10 min massage with the pedi is heavenly. This week there was a special and I was treated to a bikini line. It was my first time ever. Suchy was most professional, maintained privacy and caused minimal discomfort. The business card says "a place to relax" and it is a really beautiful place and the services are quite good. It is a bit more expensive than some of the other nail spas in the area and as another reviewer indicates the kids are always running around. As in, the last time I was there one of them hit me in the head with a coaster. And if you're there when they're closing up the staff forgets it is supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere and starts yelling to each other across the entire building, which is not what you are paying for.
