The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. They also sell workout supplements and workout gears, as well as healthy snacks, very convenient since it's next to a cross fit. They have a good reward program, just ask for the card and every time you visit the card gets marked and when you collect 10 you get a free smoothie. I always call ahead and by the time I get there, that's when they blend everything so it's fresh, instead of making it and setting aside, to me this is perfect. My new all time favorite smoothie shop! I came in over the weekend with my family and had the best açaí bowl. I never really know how to order the bowls and the girls behind the counter were super helpful in choosing bowls for a picky family. What was so unique about the smoothie shop is that it is also a nutritional shop as well. I seen a whole altercation between him and two young ladies who are always nice and always have a great attitude when they work together. He was rude and got upset when they quit . As a detective he was in the wrong , pushing the girl who's way smaller as a grown man / business owner that is unacceptable. I've given this place 3 chances because it has decent reviews but they screw up every single time. I ordered a small PBJ with raspberry sherbet & whey protein for nearly $8 (which is ridiculous in itself). There were 2 people ahead of me and it took 30 minutes for the 2 bimbos behind the counter to make a few smoothies. They were literally tip toeing around placing one piece of fruit at a time in the blender, shuffling their feet. How they even manage to make it to work before closing time, I'll never know. I ended up with a smoothie with NO sherbet, NO whey protein, NO fruit!! I got ice and almond milk. For nearly 8 dollars?! Next time I'll be taking my business all the way to Smoothie Whirl'd on Okeechobee and Military where I used to frequent on a daily basis with NO issues. Ugh. read more

I was desperate for some healthy food but a lot of places are closed on a Sunday so I thought i'd try this out. I got the avocado melt( turkey, jack cheese, tomatoes and sprouts on a flatbread) and a pineapple punch (banana and pineapples) Pros: Organic produce and an assortment of snacks surrounding the cafe, the flatbread had a super yummy taste and the veggie chips were great. Cons: They didn't put sprouts on my sandwich, the avocado was very brown, the price is super high for something that was basic (it looked half assed) Some tips: For the smoothie: they need to cut off a few bucks for basic ones, use biodegradable to go boxes, have more customer service and enthusiasm. Everything you want in a healthy lunch. I don't live in the area but I'm bringing my GF down to try. I would highly recommend. I used to go to natural blends regularly and I stopped because of the terrible staff. Their energy and attitude was horrible. They would always get my order wrong and deliver it with sass. My friend and I randomly decided to give it another chance and as soon as I walked in the energy was different. I noticed that the staff has been completely replaced and we were welcomed with a smile by there new beautiful employee Lee. She wasfantastic, SWEETEST little thing and very knowledgeable about there products. She got me (a picky eater) to try one of there samples and like it :) there was also a very nice woman named natalie who brought our food out with great timing and a sweet smile. The store is clean and immediately showcases their protein-infused products which includes a variety of protein pancakes, protein spreads like almond butter and white chocolate, and of course, no #healthylife smoothie place is complete without low-cal, high-protein bars. The marketing team responsible for these products are certainly world-class as the packaging is attractive and alluring. My first visit there and I bought their protein hazelnut pancakes and protein-infused white chocolate spread. The menu selection is diverse (as diverse as it can be for specializing in smoothies). Other than fresh-fruit blended smoothies with your choice of add-on such as protein or multivitamin, NBS offers juices as well, with kale being a staple in every healthy juice bar: NBS is no exception. The only disappointment that I can report, which isn't the fault of the two awesome girls that worked there at the time of my visit, was the wait. A group of fitness-minded AnyTime Fitness members must have wrapped a class, as they charged in wanting to replenish and recharge. With only two on staff outweighing the number of orders coming through, it was understandable that it took a little bit of time. However, the wait was worth it. A symphony of flavors exploded in my mouth when I took my first sip of the Rejuvenator (mango, blueberry, pineapple, goji). I quickly shifted gears to the Detox made up of spinach, apples, carrots, cucumbers, kale and downed that juice: the juice was quickly consumed within a couple of minutes. For those skeptics that suspect a juice with such ingredients would taste bad I can profoundly say, it is fantastic. I returned back to the smoothie for a slower, more savoring pace.
