Very unprofessional and unprofessional unfair. I went there for some lashes. When I arrived someone was already in the chair, so I waited for 15-20 minutes. Another lady walked in after I came in and she wanted her eyebrows did. She told me to wait because somebody wanted a Brazilian was and told the other girl that came in after me to sit in the chair to get her eyebrows did. I said wait so it's not first come first serve? She said my lashes would take longer. I said but I was already sitting here waiting for some time. She said I'm so sorry I didn't mean to do that. Yes you did, u told her to sit in the chair and she remained there. I've been going to that place for some time now and I always tip them before I leave. I will never go back to them. read more

I LOVE this place!!! The owner is super sweet and friendly. There might be a wait time depending on what you're getting done which is why I recommend booking ahead of time if you're doing lashes, etc... they always do an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes! I do have sensitive skin and almost everywhere else that I went my skin would get irritated easily. But that's not the case here. read more

Lovely place, nice location. However, the customer service need to go to training for adequacy. I asked to go to the back for privacy and the way she responded was not at all customers come first, it was all business related. It just felt more transactional than a place you can come again and again. Side Note: as I think about the overall look, I would give it a 2/5. I had better arches and longer lasting results from other shops, Steps were missed. For instance, the step of brushing up/down eye brows and trimming with scissors above and below the eyebrow line did not happen. It was a "hello, goodbye, next, and thank you for your service" type of place. I came here during a day out on self love and I would not want to come here on a SELF LOVE day. I felt more wounded in spirit coming out than in. Of course I will give it another chance, I am moving a few blocks down, however, I have been to better shops 20000000%. Asked for natural eyebrows since mine are thick and I like them that way. Instead I have one thick with no attention paid to the hairs growing the wrong way and one great shape but thin. I tell them it's fine when they show me in the mirror but when you get out to the natural lighting they don't look as good and I'm dissatisfied with my service and will not be going back. Also got haggled half the time about using tweezers saying it once is enough. read more

They were very kind. The prices are about 2 dollars more expensive than Detroit. I love the job she did threading them. I get my eyebrows threaded as well as wax. However, the tint job was a waste of time and money. She ended up getting tint on my face. Of course it will come off but I've been getting tint for a while and I've never had that happened. She also did my tint too light that it was fading the next day. I would come back for threading but not for a tint job. I'm used to my tint lasting for 3 weeks. read more

Close to my job, so that's a plus! Went after work, 2 people ahead of me, she was quick and precise. I have always gotten my brows threaded so it's no issue for me. The prices are very reasonable and the work is good. I do recommend coming here if you are in the downtown area. They accept cards/cash. read more

I hate to leave a review because I didn't even receive service, but I suggest you call before you go. There was only one person when I went & she said she wouldn't be free for another hour because she had an appointment ahead of me which was totally okay but...kinda inconvenient especially since the store is located on washington ave which means you have to pay for parking on the weekdays. So before you waste money on parking fees call first & make sure she is available. Otherwise the location was set up very well, & the shop is very pretty. I really wish I could've gotten my brows done but an hour was too long to wait. read more

Fantastic establishment with A+ customer service, I highly recommend. These sisters are perfectionists so trust when you get a wax there will be no hair left, your eyebrows will be perfectly shaped after threading and your lashes will look undeniably gorgeous. Been going here for about five months now and I never leave disappointed. I get multiple services. I suggest making an appointment on the weekends because they do get very busy.
