I've always had great experiences, but this last visit really stood out. Mary was my therapist, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her energy was so calming and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and took the time to really understand what I wanted to get out of my appointment. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing the best experience possible. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to booking with her again. The only downside was that my appointment started about 15 minutes late because the client before me arrived late, which pushed the entire schedule back. Unfortunately, I had another commitment afterward and couldn't stay later, so I ended up losing part of my appointment time. I understand that delays happen, but I think a better solution would be to either reschedule significantly late clients or shorten their appointment so the rest of the day's schedule isn't impacted. It was disappointing to lose time from my service due to circumstances outside of my control. That said, Mary handled the situation with professionalism and made the most of the time we had. Her excellent care more than made up for the delay, and I'll definitely be returning.

I told the esthetician that I have sensitive skin and to please adjust products accordingly. She told me I was wrong and didn't have sensitive skin. I should have left then but I thought once she looked at it under the light she would see I was correct. Oh how I was wrong. I even told her during the facial that my skin was a tingly and felt funny. Im kicking myself for not getting up and leaving then too. So now I'm having to schedule a dermatology appointment because my skin looks like strawberry. It is red and itchy and burns. They may do ok with skin that isn't sensitive but I don't recommend even trying it with sensitive skin. Also don't add on the additional massage. It wasn't a real massage. Pressure was light and that is being generous. It felt more like she was putting lotion on my skin. With all the places in St Louis, I would find a different place for a facial and massage.

While you wait for your service, they have a Keurig for you to make tea or coffee while you wait which was nice. I had an amazing hydro facial by Mi. It was so refreshing and rejuvenating! I do wish they had a small dryer to dry your clothes from the jacuzzi, but they do provide bags to put all your wet clothes in but all in all it was a great spa!

He was very intentional about informing me what was going to be touched and confirming pressure/depth was good. They essentially amount you then rub your head which is great (18/10 stars). I have a neck that is entirely knots so that is always a bit uncomfortable. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Building is small but very very ikea (I.e laid out in a way to use all space as efficiently as possible). I'm still not sure I'm into massage so idk if I will be back but excellent service for sure.

The first was last year for my boyfriends birthday, I bought him a massage and 30 minutes of stretching. They didn't actually stretch him, but did an extra 30 minutes of massage, but we didn't complain. It was whatever. This time, we finally were vaccinated. We were treating ourselves, woke up just to head that way, got in, and waited 10 minutes past our appointment time before they finally let us know that one of our masseuses hadn't shown up. They offered us 20% off a future service, but that was pretty much it and sent us on our way. My boyfriend pointed out that if we had cancelled, we would have had to pay 50%, but I won't speak more on that. We were lucky to get in the following weekend for a couples massage, but they weren't very accommodating to our schedule even though they initially cancelled on us. After we had already driven there. The massage we got was great, my masseuse was more about applying pressure than actual massage, which isn't usually my thing, but I have so much relief from it so I can't complain. My boyfriend also thoroughly enjoyed his massage. As far as our service went, it was great. I'm just not sure I would continue coming back here since it hasn't been the greatest experience. Maybe we just have bad luck with them!
