I didn't know that this was a special one time price. Fast forward, Emily filled in my lashes several times and they were awesome every single time. I ended up having to quarantine with different family members a few times due to COVID and missed having my lashes filled in. By the time, I could come back I needed another full set but Emily wasn't available. They booked me with someone else and I didn't even ask what the price was. I just assumed it would be the same or close. Nope, when it came time to check out I was told it would be $145. I spoke at length with Jason and maybe he was having a bad day but he basically told me that they had plenty of business. He did end up giving me $15 off and I left. When I got home I was surprised when I really looked at my lashes and saw what a shoddy job had been done on them. I was disappointed but just decided to let it go. Less than a week later almost every (much more expensive) lash was gone. I paid a lot more for my second set of lashes here and they were a complete waste of money and I, too am a small business owner. If you do decide to use this salon for lashes, ask for Emily and just wait until she has an opening. She is great and takes her time to make sure you leave happy. They are lucky to have her. I hate that I can't go back to her but I can't support this business again. Jason answered my review on Google but never tried to contact me so I had no idea that they would try to fix the shoddy lash job. I had barely any lashes left (they were not very full to begin with but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings) in just a few days. I actually had friends ask me why I hadn't gotten my lashes done because everyone had gotten used to how great they looked. I never one time had this problem when Emily did my lashes. Again, if you are looking for a place to have your lashes done, I would suggest you look elsewhere. My hair stylist gave me several recommendations today and I, of course, told her my story.

Couple times since I been going there. People cutting hair today 07/26/2025. Not professional at all and not people person. Had to wait 8 minutes before anyone came to the front to wait on me. Then a girl said nothing to me she was with another person that Came in right behind me she was a woman. The stylist was waiting on the lady that came in behind me I stood there and finally ask her if she was the only one working she never said nothing. So I asked her if anyone else working Then she said yes they would be back shortly so I wait got a fade done but I don't think they knew how. 1.5 sides and 4 on top easy cut but she got it wrong. No neck clean up no eyebrows clean up and said nothing to me at all except for when I tried to speak. Worse hair cut ever. Looks like an oblong basketball she said $20.00 dollars do they not do clean ups on men no more? Like the neck and eyebrows no cut hair blow off nothing I had to go out the door shaking hair off me. My wife had to finish my hair cut up when I got home. Some people should work by themselves and not with other people . I know they like the women hair cut more than the men. But if they don't like doing the men they should say we don't do men hair cuts. It was terrible hair cut made me feel like they didn't even want me in there. didn't use to be that bad but it was this time. Trying to find me another place to go and my family and friends will too. So I said, ok... can I come in an hour later? She said that was not an option as she was busy the rest of the afternoon. She wanted to reschedule the appointment for the next day, which I refused (I work a full-time job), at that point she got frustrated with me and told me "She may be there at 4, but she'd have to call me back". At 3:30, I got a call from her telling me that she was not going to be there and that my options were to reschedule or to get my money back through Living Social. I chose the latter. The appointment that she canceled today had been made for 6 days and I had been attempting to make an appointment with her for at least a month.
