She doesn't even know how to do proper threading -- she used tweezers, worked painfully slow, and left my eyebrows uneven. She kept sneezing, sniffing, and even took medicine during my service. When I asked her to wear a mask (because I have an infant at home), she mocked me and then handed me off halfway through. The other worker tried to fix her mistakes, but I was left with thin, painful eyebrows that I absolutely hate. On top of that, Anusha shouted at me while I was paying and told me never to come back. This was not just bad service -- it was humiliating, unhygienic, and painful. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Avoid this place at all costs. I didn't realize I had a "level 4" person which meant I'd pay $300 for getting my roots done!! I opted on NOT get a haircut after realizing the person doing my hair was not very attentive, ... I am on the hunt to click with someone- moved here from CA where I had my amazing hairstylist in Orange County for 15 years. Here in VA I've been almost 3 years, and no one comes close. I digress. So the young lady in the front (looked out of high school- blonde, awkward two tone hair) was aggressive and said I was with a level 4 so that's the price because he's an amazing stylist. Well I didn't get my hair styled I got roots done! Yup, just my roots. Ridiculous. They didn't care that I didn't know it would cost that much and they looked at me like I was crazy. Wow- what a rip off. I won't be returning and I'm sure other stylists are great but their pricing, & level system is completely nonsensical. Beware!!
