Here's a side by side of the finished product immediately after both times. Disappointed, but hopefully they can fix it so they look more curled. Definitely would have recommended this place after my first appointment but am a little hesitant to recommend now, knowing it can be hit or miss. I will say they were very sweet and accommodating to try to get me back in to get what I wanted. Update: I waited about an hour after my appointment to get them retouched and they look much better. I'm so glad they were kind enough and willing to fix them for me. A bit of an extra step but the customer service made up for the initial disappointment.

I highly recommend this studio and would like to share my experiences: 1. Eyelashes Extensions: It's been years since last time I did eyelash extensions. My technician Erika was very skilled and patient. My natural eyelashes are thin and lack of volume. Erick was able to map them well and gave a fuller look. I have been showering everyday, and I didn't see any of the lashes fell out. Im very happy with the result. 2. Powder Brows: Katie did an amazing job to give me a new pair of eyebrows! It's transformative! I'm so glad I chose Katie. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She is also very friendly and fun to chat with. She takes her work very seriously - she will first draw lines on your forehead to make sure the shapes are even and balanced; she will mix multiple pigments to achieve the best color matching your skins and preferences. This review is solely for the customer service/experience. I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes…read moreearly and was waiting 20+ minutes until I was seen. There was no acknowledgement during that wait time so I was just blindly sitting there hoping that I made the right appointment. Secondly and most importantly, Olivia was clearly very sick and was coughing the whole session. She did not appear to sanitize between appointments nor take any real precautions while applying my lashes. I felt the cough on my face and hair which made it an extremely uncomfortable situation. I , as many others, was getting my lashes done before an event/travel. I am pregnant and also have a young toddler at home. I ended up getting sick and this is going to affect our plans immensely. Imagine if someone got their lashes done right before their wedding, that would be an epic catastrophe. If I had known that she was going to severely cough on my face with a half covered mask (not covering the nose) and with no sanitization, I would've immediately left. I went into this appointment without a word from her that she's actively sick. Once you're on the table, you're kind of stuck there, so I just had to bite the bullet and continue. I don't think this was the right approach by Olivia. A warning should've been given if she wanted to offer her services while sick. She should've taken active precautions to avoid getting others sick. I'm highly disappointed, and now I am going to have to quarantine myself in the hopes of avoiding getting my family sick right before our travels. Also, tip is required. Just a heads up as some lash locations do charge and some don't.
