This little shop is such a gem to find in Leesburg. The outside of the building doesn't look like much, but wait until you step inside, WOW! The wallpaper is so beautiful I wish I had it in my house! I found this little beauty lounge from purchasing a Groupon for a classic pedicure. I also had a gel manicure done while I was there. Zola is super sweet and very easy to chat with. I have been coming to Zola for lash extensions since March. Even though I live 30+ miles away I find she does the best job for several reasons: Atmosphere - the salon is gorgeous! I find most beauty saloons in this area to be pretty basic in the atmosphere department but this salon is beautiful. It feels like you are somewhere very special. Sadly my eyes are closed during my lash refill appointments. Price - I found Zola through Groupon but the prices have always been competitive. She charges $65-$75 for a lash refill. Quality - Zola does a great job. Because I'm totally addicted to the full lash look I get a refill every two weeks but could probably do it every three weeks. Zola is very quick and gets the refill done in less than an hour. The Glue - I went to another place closer to home and learned I was very allergic to the lash glue. I find the glue Zola uses to be more mild. If I take a claritin before my appointment I'm totally ok. Customer service - Everyone is very welcoming when you arrive. Zola has always been on time for her appointments with me and very professional. read more

I visited Zola's on a Groupon for eyelash extensions. Having had eyelash extensions before (done elsewhere) I knew what to expect. Zola worked quickly and the end result was beautiful. Long, dramatic, and wispy lashes but after having them for a little over a week I'm ready to have them removed. The lashes are going in a million different directions and I'm noticing gaps in my lashes. I also feel like too much glue was used because I can feel clumps in them. I brush them everyday but they're just not holding up the way I'm used to. I think I may just be an unlucky case because I loved her technique- nonetheless I'm disappointed. read more

Got the lash lift and tint done about 3 weeks ago and I couldn't be any happier!!! Zola was quick to respond to my comment on Instagram and I texted her to book an appointment right away. She is very meticulous - she wasn't happy with the amount of lift I got the first time around so she did it again to get a better curl. My eyelashes are fairly long, blonde and stick straight so this was a perfect way to make them darker and look naturally curled! They look just as good 3 weeks later as they did when I first had them done. This will definitely become part of my regular beauty routine. I've been to Zola's a couple times over the past 2 years. At first things were GREAT. As expected, Zola does an amazing job. But her other employee... not so much. Zola takes the appointments on her personal phone, I'm all for that if you can manage time and schedule properly. Though I noticed she overbooks and someone else would be with her during my appointment time... I've even had to wait up to 40 minutes after my original appointment time because she was busy with another client. What extremely frustrated me my last visit there was that I booked extensions WITH Zola and when I showed up she was microblading someone else and I had to get my lash extensions done by her other employee. She didn't do a good job, my lashes fell out and went in all different directions in less than a week. That night I texted Zola asking if SHE could fix my lashes the next day because I was unsatisfied and she happily agreed. THEN when I showed up she was again busy with another client and the same woman who messed up my eyelashes "fixed" them. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and I'll never go back again. It's hard to say goodbye to the low prices but better customer service is worth it. Updating my post with a response to Zola since I'm not sure how to comment back-- the customer should never be wrong or questioned. Obviously I didn't want to be blatantly rude to your assistant and tell her I didn't like my lashes and ask you to redo them right in front of her. So I waited to talk to Zola over text and set up a time for her to redo them. Then she was busy with another client when I came in??? I have been to Zola's beauty lounge twice. The first time I had an appointment for a pedicure, and two little girls were seen during my appointment time, so I had to wait 35 minutes. The second time I went for an eyebrow touch up, and waited 25 minutes beyond my appointment time. I had another appointment so I had no choice but to leave. I don't plan to return, as I think it's extremely important to respect other people's time. read more

I went there a few months ago to get microblading, and it totally regret it. I asked it to not be too dark and ended up with thick lines in a "cooffee" color. I know I asked for a not too dark color, but she could have used a more natural coloring. My eye browns look sooo fake! I am disappointed. If you go there, make sure that she shows you the color she is going to use beforehand... Do not trust her to pick up the color for you. read more
