Could not be more disappointed with this business. I approached them with the idea of extending my kitchen island countertop. I did not specify a particular amount of overhang -- only that I wanted it extended beyond the very small existing 12" overhang, and that whatever support was necessary should be included to do the project safely and correctly. I provided photos from the beginning, and their fabricator later came out to take measurements. After measuring, they actually told me the existing support was sufficient for the new overhang. The installation process itself was already frustrating. I took a full Friday off work, disconnected plumbing, and waited at my home all day, only to be told around 5 PM that the crew would not make it and would instead come the following morning. I then had to cancel Saturday plans because I had no working kitchen sink or plumbing and could not delay further. The countertops were finally installed, and I was not informed of any concerns during installation. Instead, hours later, I received a phone call stating the crew now believed additional support was needed and suggested installing L brackets. Fine -- that was coordinated and scheduled. However, when they arrived to install the brackets, they then decided the brackets would not help and that the actual issue was that the kitchen island/cabinets themselves were compromised and needed additional structural support. At no point prior to starting this project was that raised as a concern. Had it been, I would never have moved forward without addressing those issues first. After waiting a week to hear their proposed resolution, I was ultimately offered the option for them to cut the slab back down and provide "$200 or so" toward plumbing costs. By that point, I had already hired knowledgeable professionals who identified a proper solution for the problem they created. What is most disappointing is not simply that an issue occurred -- it is that this project moved forward without properly evaluating the structural implications first, despite them presenting themselves as the professionals responsible for assessing exactly that. read more

Got my bathroom counters installed for just north of 1200 (mind you this is a super tiny powder room)-- about 6 months after install the part they attached to the wall was detaching from the wall, I called them and they came out to "fix it" well the guy ended up wiping my wallpaper causing it to bleed and ruined the entire bathroom bc I can't replace the wallpaper that is now ruined. Now the stone is detaching from the wall yet again. DONT RECOMMEND using this company bc not only do they charge more (it's not because the service is better btw) but the quality of the stone is terrible. Already has spots that are etched and I am beyond disappointed by this project gone to complete waste. Also they tried to bribe me to remove my review which I did until it started to detach YET AGAIN so now I'm just mad. I want a REFUND!! read more

I wasn't going to do a review, but since it had been 4 months and I don't have a functioning kitchen or counters, I decided that it is paramount. I hired K Alexander Kitchen and Bath Designers to help me get my dream kitchen. I had formica laminates but wanted Quartz. I know that they're more resilient and less maintenance than Granite. I did my research and found K Alexander and met them in person. The showroom is beautiful. I was going to also add the bathroom tile replacement, too, after KJ Natural Stone improperly installed it but refused to fix it. I am having surgery in September, so I needed to get everything done. I was told that it would only take a couple of weeks. Aug 10, 2024, my kitchen is still incomplete. I thought they were a one-stop shop, and everything was done in-house. They subcontracted with Brian at Natural Gallery. I picked out a beautiful stone from MSI called Calacatta Laso Ora. The stone wasn't fabricated correctly. Some areas were matte and others shiny. The bull nose edge was completely rough and dull. I was told by Monica and Brian that the sheen or lack of it was because I kept my blinds close, and it was merely lack of light. MSI supervisor came and thought that it may be the light but also that it wasn't properly cleaned, and she noticed the edges weren't fabricated right. The faucet hole was drilled in my home, but it was off an inch from the center of the sink. I ordered a standard depth sink, but it seemed deeper than 9. I had an over mount in the laminate, so the depth could be different because of the stone height. I have major back injuries that I can't stoop or lean over a sink. The sink was changed out, but Brian ordered a single sink, not the 50/50 undermount. That was swapped out, and a dry bar 6 inch sink was installed. The plumber told me that it was too shallow and would cause water to spray all over and cause me to slip and fall. The bull nose was also a hazard because it allowed the water to cascade over the countertops, damaging the wood cabinets and eventually dripping onto the floor. Both K Alexander and Brian knew that I am a fall risk. The bull nose was recommended (even though it is an upgrade) as a safety feature by K Alexander. Brian's foreman wasn't particularly concerned about cleaning behind himself and he often rushed through to go to the next job. He was supposed to polish the stone for consistency but refused. There's a papertowel sheet in the drain to "block sewage fumes" I have Lupus so I can't smell toxic orders. I stay out of the kitchen as much as possible. He cut the brace in the cabinet that would support the weight of a full sink. I have to get that repaired when it is hooked back up. The seams and veins were off terribly. The plumber was so upset that this was the work that they expected me to accept. They were paid in full up front, so it wasn't that they were concerned with pay. When Brian finally agreed to warranty the county because it wasn't fabricated as the printout showed, he told me that the only way that he'd agree to remove the counters is if he could come get the existing, do a template at the shop and drill the hole there. Now, keep in mind, I was told that the hole had to be drilled here. Also, he had the template. I thought that he'd just try to fix the damaged counters and pass it off as the new stone. I begged him to leave the existing one until the other was installed and just do a swap. He said that that isn't how he did business and if I didn't like it, he wouldn't do the job. I conceded. Oh, I forgot. When he ordered the warranty stone, I asked for the ETA. He kept saying that it hadn't arrived. He would respond short and curtly so I started keeping texts and emails as proof. After multiple texts about the arrival, I called MSI. They told me that the slab was ordered in June 25 or June 26 and delivered within 2 days. Brian kept telling me that it hadn't arrived. I told him that it was odd because, MSI told me that it was delivered. He blamed the employees for not telling him. I questioned if he's the owner, shouldn't he know what inventory he had coming and going. I finally cut ties. I hired another company, and in 1 week of getting the order, measuring, getting a lazer measurement, and picking out the stone, it will be installed on Monday, August 12 with a full warranty. My sister asked me how do I always pick companies that take advantage of me? Brian did remove the counters, so that saved me money, but the frustration of having to wash my dishes in the bathroom since May has been stressful. I was blamed for changing faucets from a more masculine to a less bulky, but the maker is the same, and the hole was the same. Change orders are a part of construction, and unless they are major, changes are expected. read more

Joanna did out kitchen renovations for my family and she was phenomenal. She speaks Chinese as well as English which helped in the communication process. We checked all the countertop renovation companies (seriously all of them) around and natural gallery had the lowest prices of them all. There was a slight mistake in the sink cutout so she replaced and recut it immediately. We didn't love the color of the stone we picked out so since she had to recut-- she let us pick out another slab at no extra cost. I'm sure this was costly to her but it goes to show she puts her customers first. Her integrity is amazing and we will definitely use natural gallery for future renovations! Would highly recommend & will use in the future.The prices were more than fair, installation and demolition went smoothly. The sinks he provided were top shelf items, not discount builder grade. We had a super tight timeline that they met and provide us a great experience. We were selling and had to have the whole thing done the day before Thanksgiving. Everything from the measuring to the installs were done on time, and finished on time. Would highly recommend. Also the people in the shop gave good advice on matching surfaces to cabinets, sink styles, and flooring. read more

We visited the store 2 weeks ago, and the experience was painless. We knew our selection criteria, which is a combination of the price and the quality of the stone. We picked the black granite which was on the special pricing, and the stone was beautiful. The price was fantastic (on the low end), and the affordability of the overall price enabled us to put in the black granite countertop on our kitchen, as well as all of our bathroom vanities to match. Rick scheduled for the installation 10 days from the day we visited, and the crew arrived on time. We have a small kitchen and 3 bathrooms where the granite needed to be installed, and it took about 3 hours or so. We watched the installation, and provided feedback where we'd like to see more touch up, and the end product was worthwhile. I must say that with all of the renovation going on at my house, this is the first one that gave me the instant gratification, and if you have the time to be at the installation, it'd be good as it'll be done exactly to your liking. The crew worked hard, and they'd work with me to tailor some changes based on my existing appliances, and the overall experience for me from the visit to the store, the communication, and the installation is 5 star. Not everything is perfect, but pretty darn close. I would be happy to do business with this company again. Recommend! read more

I would never recommend using Natural Gallery Kitchen & Bath to anybody. The way they treat their customers after their own people make a mistake is unbelievable, I've never seen anything like it. First, when the installers were cutting holes for the faucet in our kitchen countertops, they forgot to put a bag on their vacuum, so our entire first floor ended up completely covered and caked in thick dust. When I walked back into the kitchen and told them to stop, the installers asked me and my wife why we hadn't told them this was happening. They actually blamed us when we were in a different room for a minute instead of apologizing. We called the office and told them what happened at which point Joanna didn't offer an apology, but instead said she'd have to call the installers herself and then the owner (Peter) before they could offer any type of solution. When she didn't call back, we had to call again to demand that we needed them to send a cleaning crew because our house was a complete mess now. She finally said they'd send cleaners out, which they did and I can say that the cleaning crew did a great, quick job. A couple of days after installation, I was blowing leaves off of my back deck and when I did so I noticed that half of the deck was stained white. I remembered that the installers used my back deck (without asking and without my permission) to cut some of the countertops. Because they didn't put anything under the countertops and they didn't clean the deck off with water after cutting, it ended up staining my deck white (originally it's a dark brown). I called the office back and told them the issue that their installers had caused. Again, instead of offering an apology they said they'd have to talk about it amongst themselves and let me know if they can fix anything. After promising to give me a call back later that day, they of course didn't call me back until the next day. They said somebody would be over to my house in the afternoon to try to clean the deck. When the person got to my house (turned out to be the owner, Peter) he didn't knock on the door or call me, just went straight to the deck so he wouldn't have to talk with me. I walked by the window and noticed somebody spraying water on the deck. I told him that I had already tried this and simply pouring water on the deck wouldn't fix it. He said he wanted to try this first and if it didn't work we would try something else. I went back inside and a few minutes later he left without telling me again. When the deck was wet it seemed like the stains were gone, but as soon it started drying you could see the white stain marks again. I called the office back to explain that I was really frustrated about what was going on and their lack of communication. Peter came back later in the day once more (again, trying to sneak around back without letting me know he was at my home) and I came outside to see him rubbing a part of the deck which was not stained as hard as he could. He was taking off a coat of paint/clear coat and trying to tell me that my deck wasn't in good shape and his guys didn't really do anything that bad and it wasn't a big deal. I told him that was ridiculous and taking off a coat of my paint wasn't an acceptable solution to his installers ruining my deck by staining it a different color. Now I told him that if they couldn't fix my deck, it would need to be painted. At this point he started screaming and cursing at me and my father who was visiting. He told me they would never paint the deck and I was just looking for a free hand out. I told him I didn't care if my deck got painted, I just wanted it to be in the same condition that it was prior to his installers messing it up. He continued yelling at me and told me to just let him try fixing it his way because he knew he could. I went back inside to cool off and when he called me back outside the white stains were mostly gone, however that part of the deck was now a light/dull brown color compared with the other half of the deck which was a dark brown color. All he had done was scratch off the clear coat and a layer of paint to get the biggest white stains out. I told him that this was unacceptable and that they should have to fix or pay to get my deck back into its original condition. Again he started yelling and cursing at me and calling me nasty names so I told him to leave my property immediately before I called the police. I've never been treated like that as a customer in my life, nor have I heard of anybody being treated that way. Not only did this company damage my property, but they refused to apologize, they refused to fix it correctly because they didn't want to spend more money once they had been paid, and I was cursed at and screamed at in my own home by the OWNER of the company. Steer clear from Peter and his awful company, Natural Gallery. There are plenty of competitively priced granite companies that you can choose from other than this one. read more

I visited the showroom on Sunday 6/8, and meet with the gentleman at the front desk. We answered all of my questions, and was very informative about the products. After spending a half hour or so with him, I set up an appointment to have an estimate done at my home the next day. Monday came, Tuesday came, and now Wednesday and I haven't heard anything from Natural Gallery. I called and explained to the gentleman that I haven't heard anything and wanted to receive my price. He informed me that the guy doing the estimate left the measurements in his car, so they would need to let me know tomorrow... In an unapologetic tone, he advised me everyone makes mistakes. I voiced to him that I felt that was unprofessional and I didn't expect that type of response from a client to a customer. During my lunch, I drove back up to the showroom to talk to the gentleman in person and explained to him that I was really looking forward to doing business with them but, wanted him to understand that the execution of customer service was very disappointing. Instead of just apologizing and gaining another client to pass on word of mouth, he expressed to me that he thought I was attacking him over the phone and was making a mountain out of a mole hill. Although I gave no indication of attacking him for this mistake, I know perception is reality and I apologized that it came off that way. However, making a mountain out of a mole hill was a little much to hear as a customer. I continued to talk with him to try and explain why I was disappointed but it didn't seem that he really cared. He reiterated again to me, that I was making a mountain out of a mole hill and he just couldn't understand why... So I shook his hand and thanked him for his time and possible business. Again, I wasn't upset the fact the measurements were missed or left somewhere. I was the lack of customer service. If I had a problem after my install, I would like to know that I would be taken care of and unfortunately, I just didn't feel this after my experience. I have seen good reviews about the installers and owner, but nothing concerning what to me is the bread and butter of good business practice. I'm truly sorry that I wasn't able to render your services but I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if it does run me a little more. read more

After getting screwed over by Home Depot (sold me 36 sq feet and cut granite counter top incorrectly) went into Natural Gallary. Joanna was very helpful and set up an appoint for the next day to take measurements at my house. Natural Stone determined that I actually only needed 31 feet. The store has good selections of stone(the cheap granite was not pretty at all --don't get excited about 27$/ foot price) but cabinets go on good price. The owner is a good with helping to design what you want and give nice suggestions. The bad part was their installation team. The. Worst. Contractors. Ever. Not well trained, supervisor felt like home at my house, was super rude to me. They don't have good tools to install kitchens--they had to borrow mine stepladder, vacuum cleaner, and also they used my old kitchen cabinets as work bench pretty much without my permission--they left them under rain and it got wet and ruined. They did a lot of short cuts to avoid extra work, did not leveled kitchen properly. and when I pointed it, the supervisor started to flip everything around. They do not understand the concept of cleaning after themselfs--thanks God we were planning to replace floors anyway--hardwood would be ruined. They swept all saw dust and stone dust under new cabinets(hided the mess instead of cleaning it) and stove and I had to clean up real well because it caused me astma. So long story short --dont use their team of installers--the not a cheapest one and really bad. Oh, and one of sales people started to yell at my husband and told that kitchen cannot be installed properly because " we bought a crappy house". All was great as I picked out my granite and worked with Mitch, but when my granite faded less than a year and a half later they were no longer helpful. I was told I had a permanent, one-time granite sealer but shortly after the install the granite continued to get saturated in spots where water hit or a wet item was placed and took days to dry. I called them back within a week of the install to advise of the what appeared to be improper sealing and they gave me some sealant to reapply. It seems to do the job in spots near the sinks. But now a year and a half later I have greenish/gold/gray granite and parts that I rarely use are still a light white with speckles of rust, red, and black just as I purchased. I was told it is just use over time by Mitch, but that's not work permanent one-time sealer means to me. The owner, Peter, came out and told me it was the sun that made it turn, but my kitchen does not get any real sunlight because of the screened porch that covers the window. I believe this business is shady. There are very few reviews anywhere, yet they have been around at least since 2008. I would not recommend their business to anyone. read more
