Check your receipt before leaving! I drove from SLO for an online prepaid order (8/10) advertised at 40% off. My screenshots and order confirmation clearly show 40%. Pickup was already frustrating. I waited past my time slot in the parking lot with no updates, then had to wait again inside. The budtender seemed more interested in rushing me out than answering a product question. The worst part? I was charged 30% off instead of 40%, a $30 difference I didn't notice until my Aeropay alert after I got home. Since I prepaid, there was no chance to correct it at checkout. I've reached out and gotten no response. Between the poor service and the price discrepancy, I won't be back. If you shop here, verify your receipt against the online price and your order confirmation before you leave, and think twice before prepaying. Once they've pulled the money from your account, you have zero leverage if they refuse to honor the price. read more

420 was here, and NHC was happily advertising their 50% off on their store. Yeah! Right? That's a really good discount, right? I thought so. Until I got home, took out the magnifying glasses, and was able to finally read the receipt. WTH?‍. Where was my big discount? It certainly didn't equal 50%. Nope . It was 40%. Doggone it! The young lady, Evelyn, hadn't charged me correctly. Doesn't that just get your goat? Frustrating....but oh well. I can get it fixed. Crap happens, right? I figured she was maybe new as she seemed nervous or maybe a bit unsure of herself when I asked questions. Hey, answering our questions is the reason for budtenders. The don't complain when we tip them . When I asked for pricing, it took multiple tries to get that. Again, everyone has first days, but maybe ask a more experienced colleague? ‍ So I called the store back on 4/20 and left a detailed explanation and requested the courtesy of a phone call back. The courtesy was not returned. So on 4/22, I placed a call and requested to speak to a manager. What I got was a Trevor. I explained to Trevor what happened and I also let him know that I wasn't really excited that the store couldn't return a call of a dissatisfied customer. I never raised my voice, just stated my facts. Trevor may not have liked the way I stated my facts, but he did listen. He went and got a copy of my receipt after I gave that number to him. (Thank goodness I still had my receipt.) From there, Trevor and I went downhill. Very quickly. He proceeded to tell me that my items were not on the discount list for 50% off. "I said what do you mean? The entire store is on sale for 420." Trevor's response 'Oh no, only certain brands. I'm looking at the original poster right now. '. In my head I'm thinking "No, personally, I don't carry that poster around, so I can't answer to that. I didn't keep it." What I do know is that Evelyn didn't tell me that I was buying products that were not included in the sale. What I will also tell you is that the way the sales ads read, in my opinion, was that everything in the store would be 50% off. I didn't see any signs in the store that showed 40% off for particular items. Evelyn did not advise me that the stuff I bought was 40% off. Me saying this stuff is expensive. So what am I frustrated with? I'm frustrated that Evelyn didn't tell me that the product I was buying was not part of the discount. That's the same sale they put on all the time. I didn't need to get in there that day, and my husband and I could've enjoyed our day much more without having to stop at NHC. You know what else would've been nice? If Trevor hadn't been such an unpleasant person to have to deal with. Now I would like to use the phrases that I really would like to use. But I'm going to be professional about this and let you know that he wasn't very nice. His sarcastic "we have over 15,000 items here, what do you expect my staff to know all the prices?'' Well, yes, Trevor, I do. Give him a cheat sheet so that they can have the prices easily in their hands. Especially for employees who are experiencing some difficulty remembering the price between their price check and the walk back to the product itself. It's understandable, but it's making people wait around a long time for the price on anything. Conclusion, I think I proved why I need my pot. read more

7 Apr.'25-08:00-I ordered on-line and when I arrived, my order was ready. The budtender was very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe I was helped by Tony. He was terrific. I received discounts from ordering on-line, being a new client, and presenting an ad that I saw in the local SLO county magazine in my Airbnb. I used to really like this place, the people were great. except for 1. He evidently has a problem with older people, smart women, and cancer patients. I buy 1/4 oz each week at least, and for 1 dude who wasn't my bud tender, to interject on my conversation and then treat me with such disrespect, Nhc now doesn't deserve my business. it's much cheaper a block away on highland. what you see is what you get, no more guessing on %'s, tax is included. it's much cheaper. and it is good!! Meaning I know the prices at 5 different dispenserys I deal with depending what city I'm in. It's crazy how they charge 30 plus more on Clsics vapes, 710 pods and uncle Arnies infused beverages. They charges me 15 not including taxes an ect. It's literally 9 dollars top is 11 and they charge 15. Also the pods I buy are 50-55 for a half gram of rosin THEY CHARGE 80! I woke up to a promotional email from Natural Healing and was super stoked! Placed my order... drove over there... waited in a long line for online orders and then picked it up. As I was pulling away I noticed the mg difference on the edibles I ordered... the bag said 90mg THC and 90mg CBD per bag but my receipt and the product online says 100mg THC and 100mg CBD. Because the packaging looked different than online I thought I had been given the wrong product. I immediately called and waited on hold for a bit. I eventually spoke to someone - I explained what had happened and she asked for my name and phone number and said someone would call me back. I live around the corner so I decided to just go back because I could see how busy they were and I figured it would be quicker. I pulled to the curbside line (which was significantly shorter) and when an employee came to my car I again explained what I thought had happened. He said - that they had been out of the 100mg packages but that they just got them in. So if I wanted to exchange I'd have to go inside. (Which sounded pretty crappy because of instead of offering a discount or explaining that when I picked up the order... they just gave me less product and hoped I wouldn't notice.) I was still pretty chill at this point because they were super busy and I also got an online discount so I wasn't tripping. Then I waited inside for awhile. Eventually explained the whole situation (including what the outside employee had said to do) to the women behind the glass. She grabbed an employee (maybe manager going by) and kind of half explained what had happened to him. I showed him the product I had received and my order confirmation. He simple said... "oh yeah. Dixie changed their mg... they don't make the 100mg packs anymore." And I said... "ok well it says you do online and that's what I paid for." And he goes... "ok we'll change that." Meaning the online description. Then he just stared at me. So... I'd say they are slacking customer service wise. I wasn't expecting to get anything free out of it- but it would've been nice to hear an apology or "sorry for the confusion." But instead I got blank stares. read more

It was a very interesting experience to say the least. The space is huge and they have a ton of product and a little bit everything. There is something for everyone! I myself was looking for some topical cbd for pain. It's a little scary as you enter the front of the building. The security is tight. You have to give them your ID before they will let you in. They don't say if it's to check your age or that they report you've been there or why it's needed. (I hope I'm not on some data base now). At this point I want to turn away. Still, I know this in not an illegal business so I proceed. Once you pass through two locked doors you enter this huge space with a square counter in the middle. There were plenty of people working and everyone was friendly. I walked around to see all they had to offer. After 10 min my buzzer went off and number was called. At that point I had one on one service. I found what I came for and then left, again through double locked doors leading this time to the outside. Masks are required to enter. I felt safe. Price for my items seemed fair. I went online to check prices online and they were close, only about $5 higher. I did get personalized service though. I most likely won't be back. I did an online order at 6:54 and was called to confirm order, was told all of the requirements id need and that the driver would be arriving within 20 minutes. I then waited for an hour and a half before calling to confirm the driver was still coming, that I could just come pick it up before closing( it was 8:30 at the time of the call) and was told that the girl apologized for telling me 20 mins, that it was a mix up and that the driver had me on his route and would for sure be coming, that he had to go to SLO first and that's where the miscommunication came from for the previous ETA given. I once again asked if he would be coming 'for sure' since it's so close to closing at this point, was told "YES, he for sure will be coming, you're on his route." Then waited until 10:30 pm before going to bed without the delivery coming. A girl called me around 3:30 pm today to confirm a delivery order and I told her of the situation and that it was supposed to come last night, she provided concerns and told me to wait for a manager to come on the phone. Manager came on, said he didn't know much of what was going on with the situation. So I started from the beginning and told him, He then said "ok, so what do you want, want from us to provide you for this problem?" I said "I'm not complaining for any reason in particular to receive anything in return, I'm just sharing my frustration and don't want other people to be put in a crappy situation again." He said yes he agrees and would work something out with management to get a discount for the inconvenience and I agreed. He said "this is all new and we are trying to figure it out" I finally got an order at 5:30 pm tonight, as originally priced. Which is pretty dang annoying!!! It's one thing to try and right a wrong, But don't just say "what do you want from us, what can we give you to make it better?" I had conformation of delivery 3 times yet it never came on the day promised. You're a business and I've done business at this location for a while now, but the lack of professionalism with certain management is pretty sad. YOU solve the problem and fix your wrong.
