Normally I rate this place pretty high as I've always had good experiences with the staff and zero problems with disrespect and Gen Z customer service. But today was different. I usually order online and go in and do a simple pickup. So today (5/20/25), I put my online order in at 9:30am and received a text and email confirmation. Showed up three hours later (12:20pm) to pick up my order. After driving 45 min out of my way, and waiting for three customers ahead of me. The man goes to retrieve my order and then comes back and tells me that 2/3 of my order was not available. I asked him why I was not contacted before going out of my way and wasting my gas and my time. They had three hours to do it. He took no ownership of the problem and simple said that whoever filled the order was at fault. He said that they should have contacted me. He offered no apology, and no solution to fix the problem. Just a shrug, as his tone, body language, and demeanor showed that he could absolutely care less about wasting my time and resources. I will (maybe) give this place one more chance to retain my business as a customer. I love the building, the interior, the selection and they have always been very friendly. The only issues I have, and it's a BIG one, is the overinflated retail prices they mark on their products. Of course they do this as their entire store is 40% off. But it's 40% off inflated pricing, so you're pretty much NOT getting a great deal. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in the Central Valley. The building itself is bright and well decorated . I like that you get one on one customer service and the sales staff seem to be above average in knowledge of their products . Had a really nice experience here. This was our second stop of the day because we didn't find what we were looking for. Check in was easy and first time customers can use a 15% coupon provided. The bud tender was awesome and very knowledgeable. The prices are slightly higher than the other places but the vibe is right and the service is worth it. Maybe it could have been 1976 or 1977 when I first smoked my first Prince Albert rolled cigarette. My grandfather used to keep his tobacco and rolley papers in a Prince Albert fancy-looking small tin can. Might have been 9 or 10 years old about this time attending John C. Fremont elementary school in Corcoran. Eventually, around 1979 or 1980 while attending John Muir Junior High, I smoked my first marijuana joint. My point is I never thought I'd see the day when they would legalize the wacky tobacky, which I think the city of Lemoore just started allowing the sale of this product legally just last year, 2020. read more

Been there three times.... I WILL NEVER RETURN! Rude stupid clerks, trying to be Kewl.... Have asked for specific potency cbd/thc edibles on all three occasions. First time was ok, only minor disappointment. Second time, and all three time asking very specific questions. Told clerk what I wanted after he tried "selling" me a product I clearly identified as the opposite of my stated request. Got home, and opened their cutesy little shopping bag to find three of the product I specifically did not want..... went last weekend, asked for the same types of formula, they were out of one I purchased elsewhere that I knew was correct, was shown other flavors by same manufacturer and told in certain terms that "they're" all the same. I found this place via online searching and it really saved the day. I keep getting bad deliveries with really old, super dusty, dry, low potency product in the Fresno area. So I decided to drive 45 minutes south to this place. I was not disappointed. Its a large dispensary with a great inventory. I like to purchase in-person versus delivery. I can pick something out that has a recent packaging date. No more old, dried up, dusty, delivery flower or edibles for this guy. Now I can check the dates right then and there on every product in the store. If I get something old here, then its my own fault. The check-in process is short and sweet. Make sure you bring a VALID I.D. and a current valid medicinal marijuana card. If your ID is expired then they can't let you in. You have been warned. Nice clean bathrooms. Lounge area with pager-buzzers for customers waiting in line to be helped. Very organized and you will get seen quickly. Good service and fresh, quality products make this spot a winner. This should be more like 4.5 stars I'm just writing this a little scorned right now so 3 it is! Just got home and was going trough my goodie bag and was thinking to myself, "damn that cost more than expected.... yeah cause they screwed me on multiple discounts that the tender told my I would get and it never happened! Should've gotten 15% of the premium bud and bought 2 containers of edibles, should've gotten the third for 2 cents. And all of that on top of the rest of my order! Worst service for me being a veteran smoker. Went in and asked sales rep Joseph M that I wanted a heavy indica and a great sativa. I walked out to the car looked at the product and he gave me nothing but low end sativas. Way over priced paid $160 for only 10.5 grams I could get a half zip anywhere for less then that price. Not only that but product was outdated more then a month. Went back in to try and trade them for something I wanted and there manger or whoever he was said there was nothing they could do. No kind of help from them greedy corporate assholes. Just so people know service is garbage so is product and price is nothing but price gouging for people that really need the product. I advised people to not go there and if you do watch what you buy. I hope all people that have had bad experience there also post cause I know I'm sure not the only one disappointed.. leave lemoore with your grabage service and go back south. read more
