This dispensary is, without a doubt, the absolute worst. The check-in process feels like you've walked into a DMV on a bad day. The guy at the front--who I later heard the cashier call Jose--is not just rude, he's downright hostile. No greeting, no professionalism, just a cold, unpleasant vibe that immediately makes you regret stepping inside. And let's talk about the cashier situation. There was ONE person working to help everyone on a Friday night. One. I stood there in disbelief watching this slow-motion train wreck unfold. There's no line system, no organization--just people awkwardly standing around like lost sheep waiting for their name to be called, hoping they didn't just waste their time. The place tries to act fancy, like it's some upscale spot, but honestly, it's a joke. They could slap some gold paint on a dumpster, and it'd still be a dumpster. Boujee doesn't mean a thing when your customer service is garbage. Now I know why their parking lot is always empty. This place is a black hole of disappointment, and I wouldn't come back here if they were handing out free product. So I have to say I drive here from Modesto for the fact that the price is are not bad also they always have a good selection of flower. I usually stick to CBX for the fact that it's high-quality flower and most people in the 209 area code don't purchase high-quality flower because it's too expensive I've heard this time and time again at many clubs throughout the valley. NHC is a great club don't get me wrong if you call in for information sometimes the security guard at the front is not a bud tender but he's the one that answers the phone so you might have to ask him to speak with somebody in the back for any information about product. I lost my wallet and have been here before and asked if I could give my license number and show them a picture like other dispensaries and they refused so they've permanently lost my business. This was my first time here and at first I was little annoyed that one person was working this morning but it wasn't her fault. I guess 2 people called out this morning but the budtender working was on it. We did take a little longer since we we're getting wax but we asked her what is the fruitiest 710 and she found a couple within 30 seconds. Usually when I go to other dispensaries many don't have knowledge on wax but she did amazing. She deserves a raise after she handled work by herself today! read more

I went in to get CBD for pain only. The sales person gave me CBD with HIGH THC. When I specifically told her that all I wanted it for pain not to get high. I know they may have a small amount of THC but not this high. Now I have a bottle that I have to throw away since they won't exchange or refund it because it's open. Be careful when you go in. They told me I didn't have to worry about it when I called them ahead of time but that is not true. Make sure you triple check every item before you walk out of there. read more

I drive all the way from Modesto for their typically great service, atmosphere, and products. Today - based on my experience- I will not be back. I buy max amounts of 1 gr carts at a time. I dont want to drive here weekly. The person using them notices the Stiiizy carts were leaking into the air portion of the carts. I called here and spoke to someone named Nick. He told me to bring the carts in and they would change them out. I asked him if he was going to take "the hit" financially - he said no. Stiizy would replace them for him. I explained I had purchased alot and knew it was more than 7 days. He said I was a good customer and to bring them back. He would handle it. Today I went in. A mgr Moises told me past 7 days contact Stiizy. He was told by a budtender that this is a known issue -- nope no help. I have spent over alot of money here -- 1500 loyalty points -- not even a sincere apology or credit for ANYTHING. I wasnt asking for cash back. Thus is a classic example of how one occurrence can ruin a business. The cannabis biz is competitive. Good service and appropriately bending the rules is what makes loyal customer stay loyal. I will NOT come back. I literally would spend more to get great service. NOT HERE. read more

This shop is very clean and sleek. Some of the workers are a little stiff so it's a bit of an awkward transaction at times. However, I don't mind it too much since that's just the nature of people. They currently have a ton of great deals. I purchased some flower, as well as a cbd tincture to (hopefully) alleviate some stress and anxiety. I went back the following day and took two of my friends. We were looking to get some pre rolls. Two of us took a really long "T break" and wanted to get some flower that wasn't too strong. I believe the person who helped us was named Moses or Moises. He was so great. He didn't judge us when we asked "what is the lowest THC pre-roll that you have". We initially only got a few pre-rolls and picked up another cbd tincture. After checking out, another item caught our eye. We kindly asked Moses about some stuff, and he was so helpful! He was very informative, without being pushy about making a sale. It was very natural. The combination of his laid back energy and knowledge of everything, led us to purchasing a new vape pod and 4 carts. He made the experience stress and judgment free! Moses seems to fully understand what it feels like to be a consumer. He talked to us as if he was a friend who was recommending a product. And not in a condescending salesperson type of way. I hope he's in the shop whenever I pop in. Or hopefully I meet another employee with the same chill vibes. In my opinion, this place has the potential to be THE dispensary I will go to in Turlock. I've already recommended this establishment to 15 people. I just hope NHC lives up to their hype. And hopefully they don't have to deal with the first awkward transactions I had to deal with. read more

Today, my wife and i came in to NHC to pick up a few things needed for the week. We were welcomed in by Jade, our new friend! She showed us around and helped us pick out some great Glass House Flower. and the flyers sitting around on the counters sold us on some infused butter. this is my my 8th time visiting, and each time has been better than the last. I've brought 5 people so far because i love how clean the facility is and how respectful the crew is. And the GM Ian is always great to work with as well.
