I used all my visits, but they continued to bill me for months even though I did not return for…read moreservice. When I called to cancel, they made it difficult, and sent me a form that was not to cancel, but to pause my subscription. I wasn't billed for about 5 months then they started billing me again without my permission. When I disputed with my bank, they just sent paperwork/fine print and got the money anyway. They finally sent me the cancellation form after paying hundreds of dollars without even getting treatment. The adjustments were hit and miss; sometimes decent, but I had a lesser experienced tech hurt me once and give a half ass adjustment another time, and that's why I stopped going. In short, I was billed for three months of visits I did not attend, and their cancellation policy is predatory.
