Samantha came & got me from the front & took me back. She was very attentive & explained the process clearly. Once she was done explaining, I had no questions at all. The process was very meditative for me. I had my eyes closed for the lift so I couldn't do anything but lay there & relax. It was definitely a positive experience. It took about an hour and I had decided last minute that I also wanted to do the eyebrow tint and she was all for it. Let me tell you, the results were great! For both the eyelash and eyebrow tint she knew what she was doing, made sure to explain the process after and made sure I was happy with them.
