Came here for the first time after learning about it being all natural with gel manicure options that are also all natural and even vegan. Got a regular pedicure (with 10-free nail polish) and a gel manicure (the $45 one which doesn't include an oxygenating base cost). The nail salon is super nice; very earthy, modern, and clean decor. It's very calming and quiet. Jennifer did my nails. She was really sweet and did an amazing job. She was very meticulous about my gel manicure which I really appreciated. I only got a basic pedicure that's included a foot scrub and only callus removal . So what I thought it was... I didn't ask for paraffin or any special spa pedicure. Just a callus removal and gel pedicure. They charged me $35 for a clear gel coat/callus removal $20 and it was a total of $104.00 Beautiful place but never again. read more

Lovely place but the staff not so Lovely. Their attitudes are as high as the ceilings. They can be snarky, less than friendly, and def talk behind your back in their language. If they fix a small break in a nail they charge you for that-- nickel & dimed for most everything. For such a luxurious place with prices that match, they barely offer you tea. Not 100% sold on their "natural" concept. They used a thinner for a certain nail polish that definitely was off-gassing. I drive all the way from Patchogue to get pedicures here regularly and the occasional manicure. This nail salon is my favorite on Long Island and I plan to continue going back and to try other services they offer, as well. Everyone is very nice there and I am always very happy with the manicures and pedicures I have received. It truly feels like a relaxing treat to myself to get my nails done there. OMGosh! This place is stellar. I really cannot say enough about this place. I showed up there, was immediately concerned it would be very expensive because it is SO NICE when you walk in. I got a shellack manicure for $45 and it included a complementary shoulder and back massage by (Maria?); SHE WAS AMAZING. I have not yet gotten a pedicure there, but I will absolutely be returning and recommend it to anyone that wants a spa experience and high quality manicure. Not impressed. Manhattan prices, with sub-par quality. People were generally nice, but the actual nail service wasn't. Maybe my standards are too high, but with a $45 pedicure that includes "callous treatment" I did not expect to go back home and have to bend over my 8-month pregnant belly to do the pedicure myself that I just paid to have done. The woman doing my pedicure scrubbed my feet for about 30 sec each, and the shape of my nails were practically the same as I walked in, only shorter. For my manicure, my fingers were blamed for the crooked nail shape the woman filed for me (never in my life have I heard this before). And the gel manicure has bubbles and distorted shape.... it was really half-butt effort to just finish my services as quickly as possible. I went there yesterday and was welcomed. However, not one person told me of the step up to get nail polish. I fell after just undergoing knee surgery. Only the manicurist that knows my sister approached me to see if I was okay. We both immediately asked for ice and they told us they didn't have any... What the hell! I love this place! Definitely more expensive than your regular nail salon, but totally worth it. I do the Evo2 biogel which is free of 10 toxins/chemicals. They also have the regular Evo which is free of 5 toxins. Everything they use is natural and organic. No harsh chemicals in anything. I've done the spa pedicure and Kathy was squeezing actual lemons on my legs. It was the best pedicure I've ever received. I've had my gel done by Nicole and Kathy and both are great. You always get a massage too while you are soaking or while they are filing your nails. I usually do the extra 10 minute massage too since she is amazing. The place is super clean and very modern looking. It feels like a real day spa. They offer you water, tea or coffee with biscuits too. All the staff is so nice and accommodating. Yesterday Kathy did a Christmas design which came out perfect. I told Anna what I wanted and she drew snowflakes on a post it note first so I could select the one I wanted. I walked in and was blown away. Gorgeous decor, modern, clean set up. It just emanates luxury. From moment one, my expectations for Mani pedi were exceeded. I sat for my pedi. They offered me coffee or water. The coffee did not come in a plastic cup. No. It was served in China, on a bamboo platter with tea cookies. I was so impressed. Pedicures start around $58 so if your looking for a basic pedicure this isn't the place for you. Each and every time I come to this nail salon (been there 3x) I keep giving them another chance they won't let me leave the place unless I'm spending $150 on nails which I think is absolutely disgusting and Ludacris! They don't tell you that they will nickel and dime you for every single thing if your nail breaks for instance they fix your nail but don't tell you that they're going to charge you for that! A manicure pedicure for a 9 yr old girl $50?! Really since when?! They lost a customer today I will never go back! I work hard for my money and I don't appreciate these people trying to steal it from me for sub par nails I purposely left my nails short today I purposely didn't ask for any type of design or anything and I still spent $150 today nuts! They damage your nails too! Impatience during the removal process can result in nail damage with both gel polish and dip powder. Both manicures have the potential for damaging your nail beds, especially in the removal process.. This salon is impatient with the amount of time that it takes for the gel to dissolve, and they end up pulling the polish off, which ends up damaging the nail!!! So counterproductive for a place that market$ themselves as a "natural nail lounge " such a joke! read more

So happy to discover this place today! I had a "Lounge Vita Spa Pedicure" that included a softening foot soak in fresh-sliced organic fruits and fresh organic lemon. I was exfoliated with organic sugar cane and freshly grated coconut. Then I was massaged with virgin organic coconut oil and hot stones. It also included a 20 min. leg massage that didn't disappoint. My nails came out absolutely flawless! My skin truly has never been this soft since I was born. I was impressed by the spacious ambiance of this salon. It would be fantastic if this place stays a quiet and cozy luxury spot for manis & pedis. Eastern Breeze in Woodbury used to be my sanctuary until it became over run with loud children and rude patrons gabbing loudly on their cell phones! If I had a dollar for every cell phone conversation I was forced to endure from inconsiderate women about play dates, lacrosse, bar mitzvahs, I could retire today. It is just mind boggling how inconsiderate most women are in this area! I have the same things going on in my life, however I don't subject others around me who are trying to relax to my conversations! TURN OFF YOUR RINGERS & PHONES! ***This review is for a private party I had here*** I had my daughter's 13th birthday party here. For the party, they closed the salon to the public and it was just our party for an hour and a half. It was amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond setting up the salon with decorations, goodie bags, tables, drinks, etc. I only had to bring food and cake. We had about a dozen girls and a few of the moms even stayed as well. Everyone got mani/pedis and had an amazing time. The salon is gorgeous and so clean and inviting. There were plenty of staff members around to help and they were so nice and helpful. This was the only salon I could find in the area that closes to do a private party and I'm so glad I found it because this is the nicest, cleanest salon I've been to! read more

This place has great ambience and great decor. Not many workers when i went but the workers are professional and the music is very relaxing. Had the news on without sound which was more relaxing then having it on. If you have $$$$$ to drop then i deffinitely recommend this place however i dont think ill be returning. This place has beautiful decor as well as comfy couches!! They have an amazing selection of ZOYA which i love including their natural mani. The manicure is $18. My manicurist was very precise and clean she even washed her hands before. When i was drying she cleaned up and gave me a massage for about two minutes and offered me water. They have a selection of water or coffee and tea. They turned away another customer to come back at a different time so she didn't rush on me. The only people in the store where me another customer who was being helped by another worker and the women who was doing my nails. Very good ambience and very calming however i don't think the service was worth the $$ i felt like i was paying for the decor and polish more then anything. Went here today for the first time and was very happy with the service and outcome. Very nice place with a relaxing and zen decor. The ladies are kind, respectful and not intrusive (some places have employees that like to know your whole life story which is not why I am there). I also appreciated that they ask if you want your cuticles cut and were very clean (lined tub with plastic, used new/sterilized items). The little things make all the difference. I've been to this nail salon a number of times now. I consider myself to be a bit of a tough customer when it comes to nail salons. I have tried nearly every nail salon in the Syosset, Woobury, and East Norwich areas. I have never been loyal to one salon because I find there are pros and cons to each. This nail salon is in a league of its own. In the important areas of cleanliness, customer service, finished result, and atmosphere, Natural Nail Salon is exceptional. Cleanliness- I like that this location uses disposable tub liners. They also disinfect the tools using heavy duty sanitizers. They also use disposable files and buffers. Customer Service- the women who do the pedicures and massages are sweet and accommodating. Grace is a pro. She custom mixed an awesome color for me. Each person I've had has been professional. Sometimes a nail salon can be reminiscent of that Seinfeld episode. This nail salon is not like that at all. Finished Result- the women there are meticulous. They take time and care to make sure that the end result is perfect. Also, the nail polishes (Zoya, Deborah Lippmann) seem to last longer. I've noticed less peeling and splitting with the use of these polishes. Atmosphere- this place is beautiful. High ceilings and a serene (quiet/spa-like) environment. Some nail salons are like a factory. This place is not like that at all. It is quiet and really relaxing. I must address cost. Yes, this nail salon is more expensive than the bargain salons in the area. I would say that you end up paying about $10-$15 more for a mani-pedi (total). However, if you factor in the above, it is well worth it. Case in point: I went to a local high end nail salon because I was in the area and wanted a quick mani pedi. Not only was my pedicure shoddily done (nail polish left in my skin, spots missing) but my manicurist smudged my polish and wasn't going to fix it. I'll never stray from Natural Nail again. I've been here about 4 times, I will say, it is expensive. But it is so clean, they have a 5 free gel and a 10 free, that every nail technician I've had do my nails has been so pleasant, knowledgeable and took their time to make sure my nails looked great. I'm a former nail biter- so my nails are always pretty short, and in between manicures I have a habit of sometimes picking (which I'm working on!) and having my nails look so great really helps me stop picking them. They never pester me about growing my nails out (since I've grown them, I still like them on the shorter side) and they always make me feel like they really care about how my nails look. The products felt fantastic as well as technicians aim to,please and knowledge and touch were perfect. Sanitary and dust free. What a real pleasure. Prior to going I had my uv gel nails removed from another salon. I'm tired of all the chemicals and damage to my nails. After my unbelievable pedi, I got a wonderful manicure. Again my technician was very knowledgeable and advised me on what would be the best procedures to get my very damaged nails In shape. She gave me a great manicure. I did purchase 2 products for nail strengthening. The products are less harmful, organic and natural. The more harmful chemicals are not in their products. This place is fabulous and here's why. The interior is pristine from decor to cleanliness. It is even child-friendly, which is not something I should even expect but my toddler had her very first manicure here and had a blast. It cost only $7 and is absolutely perfect--in addition to a perfect polish job, her nails were cut and then shaped with an emory board and all the dirt from digging in the garden was removed from under her nails. I got a basic pedicure for $35, which was far better than basic because of the careful attention to shaping my nails. I have been here many times (over 8+) with my mom. Today, I went for the first time without my mom. The experience was completely different. I was not asked for water/tea at arrival or at any point, I was given paper flip flops and when I asked for actually flip flops because we both wore sneakers (which I expected since every time I've gone with my mom I've gotten actual flip flop, hence why we wore closed toed shoes to the salon), I was told they did not have (even though I saw exactly where they were behind me, and witnessed both women speak in a different language to each other when they went to grab the flip flops and laughed as they put down the actual flip flops). Both women (Joanne and Ashley) were incredibly rude the entire time, acting irritated and incredibly unprofessional (handling our hands and feet super roughly until I literally said "ow" aloud, put scolding hot towels on us during both manicures and pedicures, acting irritated the entire time). I brought my friend here expecting excellent service, as I always have known while coming here with my mom. I have always known this business to be fantastic, but I guess that was a facade because I was with someone who looked like they could pay well. The service I received today was horrendous. Beware anyone that looks young, they will treat you horribly if you don't look like you will pay well!!! I tipped over 35% what the mani pedis cost and that is the only time the woman even looked me in the face and pretended to treat me like an actual client! My mom refers many clients here, but agreed to stop after hearing the way her daughter was treated today. Very disappointing. read more
