Very strange communication today. I have been going to JP Nail for about 8 years. I always just go…read morefor regular pedicures, but hadn't been there for awhile, in fact my toenails were very long and disgusting looking. I had the wife today and her only conversation was telling me when to move my foot from water/ foot rest, etc. I brought my own polish the same the same as always. She didn't even say anything about my overlong nails. She spent maybe 10-15 minutes on me and left me sitting there with my nails to dry. She went to another customer and never looked back at me. After about 30 minutes of sitting, I decided I was just going to get up & leave. The husband had a fit when he saw me trying to get up, he came & assisted me. I still don't know why I was basically ignored after minimal treatment??? I've always paid in cash and left a tip, but this time I was treated like a "piece of furniture ". They do a good job, but as others have mentioned, the customer service/communication is seriously lacking. Not sure if I'll go back!!

The tools did not appear to have been sanitized, each technician rushed through, one of us had to ask them to redo a toenail after the technicians sweater messed up the polish. Once they finished they walked off and started working on other people, didn't help us put flip flops on. My biggest concern is how dirty this establishment is and the fact that it appears they don't run their tools through a sanitizer with sealed bags. Would not recommend!!

We went as a walk-in and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The technician cut, shaped, and exfoliated my feet, which I appreciated. However, during the service, the top of my right foot was accidentally scratched, leaving it sore and blotchy red. Additionally, the polish wasn't applied fully up to the cuticle line, which made the finished result look incomplete. I'm not upset just disappointed that my mom paid $50 and the results didn't meet expectations. I do appreciate that they provided a refund, which we're thankful for. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.
