So I made an appointment a month ago before I went on vacation. Before my appointment I was asked…read moreif I could come early. I got off work 15 minutes early, at my appointment I was told by Leon he could not do the design I asked for. Even though before the appointment I confirmed the design I wanted to get. He proceeded to say " I told you to come early". I said I made it at the time you told me to come at. He stared at my nails and I asked him if there was a different design he would recommend? He said "I am not doing your nails anymore ". Very unprofessional, I am beyond disappointed. I was really looking forward to get my nails done before my vacation. Also, I work at Starbucks so I can only get my nails done when I go on vacation. Overall, I felt like he was limited on time and he did not want to do a complicated set.
