I gave him a tip even though I wasn't happy. I am naturally not a confrontational person so when I got home I had to buff and reshape the nails again by myself. I had the wife today and her only conversation was telling me when to move my foot from water/ foot rest, etc. I brought my own polish the same the same as always. She didn't even say anything about my overlong nails. She spent maybe 10-15 minutes on me and left me sitting there with my nails to dry. She went to another customer and never looked back at me. After about 30 minutes of sitting, I decided I was just going to get up & leave. The husband had a fit when he saw me trying to get up, he came & assisted me. I still don't know why I was basically ignored after minimal treatment??? I've always paid in cash and left a tip, but this time I was treated like a "piece of furniture ". My nail technician was meticulous and ensured I was satisfied every step of the way. He even triple checked that I was satisfied with the shape before proceeding. I was very happy that I was in and out in 40 minutes for a shellac manicure. These guys have a lot of pretty colors to choose from too. Cash only. No ATM on site so bring the greens. I had a really disappointing experience and this is worst set I've ever had. During the service, I…read morewas cut on two nails to the point of bleeding, and the cuts were not properly addressed. The shaping is uneven (my pinky is visibly crooked), and a significant amount of my natural nail was filed down on one side. My nails are still sore after the appointment, which shouldn't happen. I was initially told I would receive a refund or credit, but was later told that they looked much better after they were "fixed" that they would give me a certificate for a basic pedicure. The video attached shows what they look like "fixed" which look better than when they were initially done but there is no coming back from the damage of the over filed side wall. I've included photos and a video so you can see the issues for yourself. I'm not someone who is overly picky, but this experience and the final result were not acceptable. I won't be returning.
