I'm so glad a found this nail salon! I called and made an appointment and they got me in the same day. It's a husband and wife team that run this salon. They are very professional, friendly, accommodating and do wonderful work. They offer regular polish and gel polish only which is wonderful! No fake acrylic, tips, or dip hence their name "natural nails!" I appreciate that they soak your gel polish off with foil wraps and no drills are used! Everything is sparkling clean and sanitary in this salon! I only had time for a manicure but April did a fabulous job! She shaped my nails just the way I asked. The atmosphere is very relaxing and not chaotic what-so-ever! They have OPI polish at this salon which is a brand that I prefer. They are open everyday and closed on Monday. I love coming here! Yes it's pricey but I do mechanic work and my gel will last me 3+ weeks with no chipping. They don't use grinders to remove polish so they don't weaken your natural nail tips. I do recommend calling for an appointment. They respect our time, it's only fair that we respect theirs. read more

I was visiting in laws from California walked in just because the salon was close to my in law's house did a gel mani and a regular pedi they charged me 97 $ and for my 7 y daughter mani and pedi charged 51$ !!!! I have been to very nice upscale salons serving you wine in San Francisco and have never ever paid this much !!! I have to say the place looks nice but the mani and pedi are not worth 97$ for sure !Do your mani and pedi somewhere else not worth it!! Worst nail salon I've ever been to!!! I was in there for 2 hours and there was only 2 other people in the whole salon!!!! My shellac turned out wrinkly and thick looking and they charged me $47 for it!!!!!! The staff did not even speak to me when I walked in and I had to ask for the nail tech to re do 4 of my nails to make them look somewhat better than they did when I left (which still looked terrible!) do not waste your time going here!!! read more

After trying Natural Nails a few more times. I now love it. I found that the pricing on the French gel manicure was by service - part for the manicure, part for polishing the nails and part for polish removal, since I had not had my last gel polish done there. I think that's nitpicking a little and I think that $10 should be removed from the charges, or at least explained when you go in. Since I've been going there, I've not had to pay that charge again. The place is spotless and it's a small, family owned and run shop, so you know that you're going to get one of three people, best I can tell. The mom, the daughter or the brother. They all do a good job. They use OPI exclusively, to the best of my knowledge, which I love, and are polite and friendly. I highly recommend them if you live in Madison! read more

Went in for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure and was charged $135 they staff spoke no English so I couldn't even ask why a regular manicure and pedicure costed so much. Not even a week later the shellac that is supposed to last 2-3 weeks peeled off. I would recommend Euro Nails by Walmart in Madison. read more
