If you're looking for a pilates reformer studio, you need to give Natural Pilates a try! I've been coming here for 4 years. Right now, my favorite instructor is Gev. His classes strike the perfect balance of a relaxing/enjoyable atmosphere while also being physically challenging. Over the years, I've tried a dozen different pilates studios around LA, and Natural is my favorite. No matter what instructor you get, the classes really adapt to your strength and the level you're at. They also really stress good form, which a lot of places don't. I'm pretty frugal, but I love these classes so much that I'm OK splurging. They are a big part of my self care routine. I can't recommend this place enough. PS this studio is very COVID safe! I've been coming here regularly for the past month and I'm hooked! I found this studio through ClassPass since I'm new to the area but now I just buy directly through the studio. The studio itself is very clean and the reformers they use look to be top of the line and new. I've been doing reformer Pilates on and off for several years and this is by far my favorite studio. The instructors here are fantastic. Chanel is my favorite so far - her classes are challenging but I feel so accomplished after. She also pays sharp attention to form and corrects you to avoid injury. I purposely go in late to work on Tuesdays so I can take her 8:15am class (sorry not sorry). I have been going to Natural Pilates at their outdoor studio in Brentwood for over a year and have referred family and friends there. Laura is one of the best pilates teachers I have taken from. She has helped me with modifications for my specific injuries. The emphasis on technique is so important to me and it is a great workout as well. Look no further for an outdoor Pilates class. Love that this location is outside and SO easy to get to. I've gone to classes here literally during a storm, in intense heat and on a normal beautiful day in La and it's always been amazing! I love this outdoor location. Parking is always easy (and free). Took my first ever reformer Pilates class here this morning. I truly thought it would be a piece of cake for me considering I work out on a regular basis, but this was a different kind of animal.. Using reformer Pilates to cross train is probably one of the best things you can do considering it reaches every muscle in your body (including ones that I have probably never worked out in my life).
