Office experience. Contacted company online. Provided all information requested, appointment set. Appear on time, filled out all paperwork, proof of insurance. See individual regarding new partials and x-rays only to be told by financial resource representative that our insurance was considered out of state insurance because it was Blue shield Idaho via Albertsons/Safeway manager employee insurance. This was information they could have informed me of before I drove 13miles and had seen anyone regarding my issues. I looked at about 10 different dentists and all of them had about the same pricing and then I came upon the NATURAL SMILES. They ADVERTISE an exam for $19 and $89 for an extraction. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! I am in California and I was helping my boyfriend in Oregon because he was in so much pain that he couldn't talk. They made up some nonsense about the fact that the exam had to do with an extraction and thus didn't qualify for a $19 exam fee. The exam was $139. Worst Dental experience of my life. Advertised prices are a come on , I had a bad tooth and they convinced me to remove all upper teeth and get a denture, big mistake they make me a denture that changed my looks and makes me miserable. Does not fit right and never will , when i complained he basically toild me he knew best and did not care what i liked just the way he thought they should be The dentist who removed teeth was fine although they charged more than advertised price but dont even think about letting them make dentures for you or you will likely be very disappointed. read more

Went in a month ago for a toothed removal and he took an X-ray of a tooth right above it that was bothering me. I just went in to have it fixed and he said it was the left tooth that needed to be done. I corrected him. He said no he put it in his chart that it was the left which was funny because he hadn't looked at the left side of my mouth for over six months when I had my x rays done the first time. So after a little bit of back and forth trying to get me to let him fix my other tooth h asked if he could take a picture for his records of the tooth on the left. I told him no got my money back and left, words can't even describe it. On a side note the room was dirty.There was nasty smears on the mirror 10ft away from the seat. I had a 9:15 appointment this morning. As I was walking into their office, they were calling me. I let them know that I was checking in for my appointment. The front office woman, wanted to verify my phone number and yelled at me because they made several attempts in calling me to confirm my appointment for today. She proceeded to tell me that it is very important that I answer their phone call to confirm my appointment because if I am not able to keep it, someone else may be able to have it. I 100% agree with that. I asked her if they left me messages. She said NO, they can't do that. If you can't leave me a voice message, then feel free to send me a text message. So if you are trying to reach me to confirm my appointment but aren't going to leave me a message while I am at work, how am I supposed to know to call you back?! I receive a lot of robo/animated calls every day. I'm not going to call a random phone number back! So based on my first impression/experience of rude staff, why should I keep my appointment?! Went into Natural Smiles to get a cracked tooth checked and thought I would be getting the tooth removed. As I am an out of state student, I was nervous for the process and did not know about possible other options. Dr. Weil walked me through my options and helped me find a root canal specialist closer to where I live and educating me on what it would be like and the timeline for needing a crown after, as well as gave me a better fee for what ended up being a short visit. I love walking into a happy atmosphere and Natural Smiles is one of those places with cheerfulness in the air! I'm always so nervous going to the dentist even if it's just for a cleaning but there are some helpful distractions here; music is playing, there's a Keurig for coffee or tea, a wall mounted flat screen tv, and a water dispenser so I can think of other things while I wait. Plus the staff is so courteous and pleasant which I find very calming and comforting as I try not to imagine things that involve gripping the cushioned armrests as drilling noises fill my ears. My teenaged daughter likes the staff here too so that says a lot to me! If you're looking for a dentist Natural Smiles is worth a try! read more

I had a bad root canal awhile ago and have been extremely afraid of dental offices. I have been in pain and they got me in super fast and helped me. The staff on the phone was extremely helpful. The dental assistant Cody calmed my nerves and the dentist who did my extraction was extremely patient and kind to me. Even when I was shaking and freaking out Cody kept reassuring me the entire procedure. I'm definitely coming back for a cleaning or any other work I need done. I saw the 1000.00 implants on a billboard and made an appointment. IT WAS A COME ON. I was told it was 19.99 for the exam and x-ray. Well, it turned out they will charge you the 19.99 AND 400.00 for the super MRI x-ray to see if you are an implant candidate, which I paid for. The doctor reviewed it and said "good" and set an appointment. I show up and my appointment has been canceled (without telling me), a note in my file says I need to see a specialist to add more bone. Oh and then come on back. Oh did I say the 1000.00 for an implant means only that. The rest of the denture is another 2000.00 and that was with my insurance. Well, I'll get the bone graph and find someone else. read more

I walked in for the first time and was treated like a long time patient. The friendly staff was able to schedule me the same week. My wait time was short, and my experience was pleasantly stress free. My dentures were repaired in less than two hours and I was pleased to find that my bill was under twenty five dollars to reattach a loose tooth just in time for Thanksgiving! I was not only happy with the price for the implant, but also the entire staff. From check-in to check-out! Dr. Weil did a great job on the implant, so when I needed a teeth cleaning, decided to switch to Natural Smiles. Could NOT be happier. My hygienist, Joanna gave me a number of tips on how to quit getting cavities, that in my 50+ years, had never been told. Just had another cleaning - no cavities - and again Joanna was wonderful. I went to the clinic to get a new upper denture. The first denture had fit issues and after months of trying to fix it, it broke in half. The second denture had such bad buck teeth that I could not bite and the teeth rested on my bottom lip. I was told that they could not fix it. I then went to a different denture clinic in Keizer who told me the teeth were much too big and the palate was too thin making it vulnerable to breaking. I got a new denture from the other clinic that fit perfectly and was half the price. The staff were very nice at Natural Smiles but the result was that I spent a lot of money, 18 months of grief with nothing to show for it. Having decided to get dentures, I searched the internet and found these people. I cannot explain enough on how professional and knowledgeable they are. Going to the Corvallis office first for my consultation was excellent. Zack was very professional and explained everything and answered my questions I had with great detail, even though he has heard them many times. Then I went to the Salem office and had my teeth removed. This, I must say, was a very relaxing and worry free appointment. The removal and recovery was excellent. I recommend these people to anyone who needs help with their teeth removeable and dentures. Also, I must say that the follow up care back in Corvallis is awesome!! I still have more visits to do. At first there were some issues with communication and priorities but as soon as the issue came up they contacted me for an appointment to remedy the problem and in my favor as well. Staff is very friendly, but the waits are always long. My husband was evaluated to get his teeth fixed and they never would send us the treatment plan after 3 requests.
