I asked for a quote through Yelp to a bunch of different cleaners and this company is the only one that acted professional, affordable, and communicative throughout! Edward was on top of it. I gave a list of everything that I wanted to be cleaned, since I wouldn't be there to welcome them or walk through once they were done. I was nervous letting them in my home, I had my cat quarantined in our bedroom with a sign on the door to not open it or clean inside. But they were respectful, and carried on through the list like pros! The only downside honestly was they didn't finish up the windows that well, inside and out. But I think that's partly due to me giving them a strict 3 hour time window to complete the job, which is why I'm not taking any stars off! Thanks Edward and team! I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and cleaning service I received from Natural Solutions. From the initial phone call with Edward to the end process of paying the invoice, I felt like a valued, long-time customer even though we had never worked together. I was helping the owners of my apartment complex coordinate the move out, repairs, and move in process for the apartment below me and was given a tight turnaround time to get a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment cleaned. I called at least 5 other companies, and Edward was the only one able to accommodate. I scheduled him for that Wednesday and when he arrived, maintenance was (unexpectedly) still working in the apartment. I considered asking maintenance to come back and finish after the cleaning service but Edward knew that was not a good idea and said he will come back another day. "We'll get it taken care of- just let me know the latest day it can be done and we'll be here." I told him Friday since the new tenants wanted to move in that weekend. He scheduled us for Friday morning! The flexibility was much appreciated. I felt horrible that I had wasted his time coming to the apartment when he could have had another customer scheduled. I'm sure it was an inconvenience for him and his team, but I was still treated with respect and felt appreciated as a new client. At a minimum, the apartment needed a DEEP cleaning. The tenants had lived there for at least 5 years and it showed. The end result was a clean, shiny, and good smelling apartment. Even the grout of the kitchen counter tops-- which should have actually been replaced, looked like new. I was impressed to say the least. We have a lighter color wool rug that can be tough to work with and the main abuse on it comes from 3 dogs along with my wife's mascara/makeup that sometimes gets on it right outside the main bathroom.
