It seems like Jenny has been in this industry since 2008, yet she still hasn't developed basic customer service skills or the ability to stay organized. There was no real apology or accountability, and the dismissive responses I received were incredibly rude. Communication matters when PAYING customers plan their entire day around a service. After this experience, I wouldn't trust this company in my home and would recommend others to be cautious.

We moved in and found that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned from when the previous renters lived there so we did some research and decided to hire Fresh-n-Home. I had high hopes for this company because the other reviews were outstanding, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The unit was empty when we hired them to come in and clean so I didn't think they'd have any issues finding the areas that needed to be deep-cleaned. There was candle wax splattered on the walls and floors; caked on grease on the cabinets; food splattered on the wall above the stove; a brown ring in the toilet; mold on the dishwasher; among other things. To their credit, they were able to remove the mold from the dishwasher and the brown ring in the toilet, but everything else appeared to be untouched. In fact, they even broke one of the handles on our toilet and left the pieces on the bathroom counter. I found it rude that they didn't mention the damage once they had left, so I emailed Kelly and she was courteous and offered to send the girls back to clean and fix what was missed. Keep in mind, the first time they came they spent about 4.5 hours "cleaning" the house. A couple days later they came back and fixed the toilet handle and wiped the food splatter off the wall. There was still wax on the wall and she asked me if I would like her to remove it, I said yes. She told me the first time they were there they weren't able to get the grease off the cabinets because we didn't have any hot water since the water heater wasn't turned on. By the end of it, we still had grease on our cabinets and our floors were dirty (even though I saw her mop). They just didn't seem as thorough as advertised. And we were charged $292.50...

I had to call the owner Victor and get him involved while the ladies were still here. They had no option but to give the ring back so they "pretended" they found the ring while cleaning. These people are shady and Victor enables this by not vetting his people properly. DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME. Oh and the cleaning was mediocre. They'd do a better job if they weren't busy being thieves.

This team did an absolutely incredible job on my home! I recently moved into a house where 4 college boys had been living for the last 5 years. They never once cleaned the house beyond a roomba vacuum and a cursory wipe down. The white stove was stained black, the showers were stained pink, the baseboards were crusty, and the kitchen was like a microbiology experiment. I was absolutely stunned by this team's ability to make everything shiny and like new again!!! They returned the appliances to their original colors and their attention to detail was fantastic. I just use natural solutions cleaning service this Saturday to clean my 400 square-foot private personal training facility and I am VERY pleased with the service. No one arrived at 8:00 AM despite the 7:00 AM reminder from them as well as an appointment in their system, and attempts to call/email went unanswered at first When I checked their system 30 minutes later, the appointment disappeared from their system. The company said it was canceled because I didn't "confirm" in their scheduling system--a requirement that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. As a result, I traveled over two hours for nothing, lost wages because I could have worked today, wasted 13 and a half hours (4:45 AM-6:15 PM) driving and waiting for a response, and spent about $70 in fuel round trip. The owner apologized for a "misunderstanding," but even as of 6:15 PM today, I have received no further response. This is very unprofessional--especially given the impact on an elderly person's home and a time-sensitive schedule, as well as the clear lack of respect for others' time. ZERO STARS
