I have not yet had my cabinet tops put in my new house, coming soon, however, I wanted to write a review for "Natural Stone Fabrication." The service is A++++, the colors and designs of stone are fantastic, prices very reasonable, but what sold me on this company was their "customer service." I can hardly wait to see my new cabinets with the beautiful stone I have purchased from this company, and I know that they will do a top rate job of installing that which I have chosen. I checked out many companies before I chose Natural Stone Fabrication and they had the best prices, a large variety of stone, but as mentioned above, their customer service is what sold me along with the above. You would be wise to choose this company to service your build or remodeling project. They are TOP RATED in my book. read more

We were told this place had small Slabs of granite for small projects..we found a piece for a cabinet counter in their granite pieces outside...It was small but would fit perfectly. We spoke to the owner I believe and he took his calculator out to figure the price...then looked at us and said "How's 20 bucks?!" We took the piece and cut it at home...it looks great in our apartment kitchen...great price and quality. read more

If you are considering Natural Stone Fabrication, I recommend recording or write down all the promises made during your initial discussions, and make sure that you and the owner (Jeramie Strawderman) are on the same page prior to writing a check for your 50% commitment. When the pre-installers come out to create a template for your countertops, you must sign a disclosure eliminating any thing was said or discussed in your sales discussion, no matter what was promised our discussed, YOU'RE NOT GETTING IT ! In addition, with my experience with Jeramie Strawderman, he attempted to add costs that were not included in the quote, when called out on the issue, he says "That's just what I charge !" Don't buy your stone from anyone else in the valley. These days everyone in the construction industry is so busy it seems that being polite and courteous and respectful has gone out the window. While we found it sometimes challenging even to just get someone on the phone at other stone places, Natural Stone was always good about returning their voicemails, being available and making the process fun! I mean if you're buying granite you're adding art to your home and we all want that process to be fun and exciting and Natural Stone absolutely does! They're great about educating you on different stones and helping you learn what's best for your space. Another HUGE element is schedule. While they're busy like everyone else, they're known and pride themselves on never missing the dates they schedule you for. It only takes one domino to start crashing the whole thing down so this couldn't be more important!! We will absolutely be using them for all of our Stone needs. read more

Although I had given Natural Stone a four-star review previously, I am amending my review to five stars. My concerns proved to be primarily a matter of miscommunication. All of the hardware required to stabilize our dishwasher was present. Consequently, Jeremy drove back to our location to screw in the two screws to complete the job. I am assuming that their not performing this easy task initially was simply an oversight. Jeremy had to go out of his way to remedy the problem, driving roughly 45 minutes to complete a one minute task. One can't ask for better service than that! Great company! read more

This review is based the policies they have. Let me explain. I had gone into the business looking for a remnant. I saw a remnant in their yard, but couldn't see the whole piece because of other pieces leaned up against it. When I went inside it was explained to me by either the manager or owner, not sure, that they only show remnants by appointment. Odd, as I had never heard that policy before in the many places I had already been and with previous projects over the years in other states. However, after he had explained why they had that policy I could and did understand. Apparently, they are so busy and they find that they lose money if they pull people off current jobs to just show pieces to folks that are just looking. Ok, a bit inconvenient to me, but I'll remember to do that, if I want to pursue the piece I saw in the back. So a few weeks later, on 8/20/15 to be exact, my sister and I went in again to inquire about pricing. Once again, the young lady inside explained that remnants are only shown by appointment. She also asked me if I was in a hurry for my project, because they are rather busy. I told her no. I ask about pricing. She explains the charges and it all sounds normal. Then I ask what the wait time to get an appointment to pull a remnant in back? Is it a week, a month, longer? Just curious, again, no rush. This is where it gets interesting. She says when the job is booked then they will make the appointment to pull the piece and I can see it. Wait, shouldn't I see it first, then book the job!?! No, they are so busy that the job has to be booked before they will schedule people to pull the piece. That I should understand that because they are so busy they can't be expected to stop production on other jobs to just pull a piece first, by appointment, and still not get the job. When the job is booked, then the customer pays 50% of the project. So I ask, if I pay the 50%, I see the piece in its entirety and it is not acceptable will I get my money back? It's a yes or no question. She explains again, their policy in another way, but no clear answer to my question. My sister begins to ask the question in another way. Again, yes or no? She restates the policy. We ask if we understand correctly, that we pay 50% of the project, we don't like the piece,because it's the first time we see it, don't like it and we lose our money? Again, requiring a yes or no answer. She repeats the process again. We express that we have never heard such a thing and maybe we must be missing something in our understanding because we can't believe that a person pays 50% of a job which would have been about $250 dollars in this case and if we don't like the piece of stone we just saw for the first time, we just lost $250? The lady then starts moving to the door and says that it is their policy and if we don't like it they won't be doing business with us and opens the door for us to leave. Wow, we just got thrown out! Never did get a straight answer, yes or no, do we lose our money or do we get our money back? Guess what? We are remodeling a commercial space into a home, we have 3 1/2 bathrooms to do. Guess who won't be considered? They won't mind, they're so busy anyways. (Btw, nobody raised voices, nobody used inappropriate language or gestures that we saw.) read more

We stopped in the showroom to look at options for Kitchen Countertop Granite. We had multiple quotes for Granite and Quartz, but wanted the best possible deal, with the best service. Jeramie (The owner) helped us with the process of picking types of Granite, differences between Quartz and Natural Stone, as well as all of the options available. He explained the timelines, the expectations and then we got to the pricing. He beat every other price in town (by a lot), and gave us an immediate feeling of honesty and genuine care for his customers. While he worked up an estimate for our needs, we were assisted by another employee and also encountered his crew in the shop. Everyone was polite and informative. I came back a few days later, paid for my service, and got put on the schedule. He had me on a cancellation board, and was able to get my job completed more than a month early. His crew showed up on time, organized and respectful. They did a wonderful job, left the location clean and tidy, and the Granite looked amazing. I had one cabinet that wasn't perfect, and they helped me adjust it so the cabinet wouldn't have issues after the top was installed. I now have a new countertop and bar, finished early, under budget, and stress free going into the weekend. I would recommend them to anyone needing Stone work done, and who appreciates honest quality work, at an affordable price. read more
