Hugh helped me out as I was looking to buy some protein powder on their annual thanksgiving week sale. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact protein powder in the size I needed, so he offered to order it online for me. The only bummer is that he said it should get to me in a day or two, and it's been 4 days... I called and it looks like it won't be to my house for another few days. I definitely would've gone to another location if I thought it would take nearly a week to get to me with an online order, but it's a holiday week, so maybe that affected things... I also informed her that I have had problems sleeping through the night for many years. Since I had been taking Motrin for so long with frequent back spasm spells that would lay me up for several days every couple of months, I did not have high expectations. I also did not have any expectation of improved sleep since I was already taking melatonin to help with falling asleep. My goal was merely to reduce my lower back pain from 9-10 to a more tolerable level (and appease my wife...). Constance analyzed my needs and developed a plan that she believed would help me exceed my goal. After the first visit, I immediately noticed that I was able to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer throughout the night and I actually woke up feeling rested. For the next couple of visits, Constance checked to see how I was progressing and carefully tracked my level of back pain and overall physical well-being. After the 4th visit, I called to personally thank Constance because my back pain was reduced to about a level 2. At the 5th visit, I informed Constance that I have returned to jogging several times a week and that my back feels better than it has in years.
