Firstly I spoke with Chris at the concierge desk via email and let him know the number of guests, date and type of food I wanted and he connected me with chef Paige who then provided a list of menu options to choose from (which was hard because they were all fantastic!) Chef Paige came about an hour prior to us wanting to eat and did everything from laying out the cutlery with a copy of the menu to cleaning up every last dish and even offering to take out the garbage. It's pretty rare to be able to talk directly to the chef about what's in every dish and how they made it. Besides being beautifully plated, every dish was delicious and fruits/veggies were picked out that day from a local farmers market. I don't know how she managed it but every dish was served right after the last was completed without delay. Our favorites were the stone fruit gazpacho and harissa halibut. I cannot recommend chef Paige and intueat in general enough for a special occasion or a time you want to host and actually be able to sit down throughout.
