We have been looking recently at several different kinds of destination trailers to use as our winter home. We found a real nice one on the Nature Coast RV web site. So we made the trip up to Citrus County to look in person. We were treated very well by the staff there as they gave us all the information we needed. They have very reasonable prices. Had to have some recall work done on my rig. Since I had to drag it in from its resort home, I thought I'd have some additional things added. I reviewed quite a few places, ppl's comments and posts are everything to me, and it took me almost 3 weeks to find a dealer with decent reviews. Sure most places can sell RVs...but the ones that service them properly with great customer respect...those are diamonds in the rough! So let me introduce you to the diamond in the rough, Nature's Coast RV! Not only did they rock it out fast, they did the recall and additional installations in a couple of days! I called other large dealers and the wait alone was two weeks...not to mention their service reviews were horrible! So if you are in or around the Crystal River, Fl area (or not, I drove mine an hour to them) I highly recommend these folks! Not Happy (no star rating) due - purchasing new travel trailer - 42 ft and warranties that cannot be honored easy and no help from management or service help explain procedure to be taken - kitchen refrigerator/sliding patio door with a deep crack in glass - believe they aware of refrigerator was not repairable - cost us $1600 to repair and buy a new one - what else is going to be repaired? I have always thought of this business as fair great prices, etc. Customer service has always been great! BUT..... You might check the behavior of your lower staff. I am so tired of listening to people's opinion in regards to the election. A cleaner/ trashman wouldn't stop voicing his opinion to another employee out on the retail floor. I let service desk know I was finished having to listen to such trash over and over. Remember that each of us have our own opinions and thoughts, most (educated)understand that this behavior is unacceptable in public. I would rather drive further than support a business that can't act professionally. read more

I have been very happy with Nature Coast RV. I bought a new Travel Trailer from them a year ago and had a few issues, but they fixed everything under warranty. The technicians have always been prompt and efficient and know what they are doing. The service department has been great to work with. we are happy that we gave them our business. they do have a good parts department also. The owners are really nice. read more

I was having inverter problems and pulled in here. They charged me $115 for diagnosis and told me I needed a new one for $1800 installed. They were trying to sell me the same one I had in there because they were very familiar with it and it is the best. The previous owner of the RV convinced me not to do it. Eventually I found a reset button on the inverter that fixed the problem. Two years and 9000 miles later it is still working perfectly. read more

i bought a forrest river lodge from these folks. they do stand by their name. i am a 61 year old female and cannot bring in a 40 foot lodge for them to keep foer another two months to repair a closet that was only stapled in. the minute i hung clothes on it fell to the floor. i have had many many problems with this unit including several leaks. service and warranty is not as it appears. once you ride off into the sunset they do not want to do anything else. once again.....buy at your own peril at nature coast!!!!! yes i am a very unhappy camper at the moment! read more

Highly recommended! Jason was awesome! I experienced a strange lock out from our new RV nearby. He was gracious enough to come after hours with an M key to let me back in. While there he even fixed one of our screens! Amazing service. And so happy to find things we need in their well equipped store. We're on our second snowbird trip from Kansas City with our 2021 Alta. I've had it in 3 separate times for service where we bought it at Unlimited RV back home because we couldn't get it to run on 30 amp. We are staying at a site with ONLY 30A, and even after the latest advice from our dealer, only half of the appliances in the RV worked and our battery ran out while plugged into 30A. Nature Coast let us bring it in same day to troubleshoot, and within 15 minutes had the problem diagnosed and resolved by replacing our adapter with a new $30 adapter, and also told me how to use the one I had (which required BOTH a 30A supply and a 15-20A supply). Quick solution - knowledgeable service department - friendly. Parts are reasonably priced. If I ever need anything else for my RV, they're going to be my go-to!! read more

Nature coast installed a complicated braking system for my tow behind vehicle. It was done as promised. I did have a couple issues with some detail work and after I informed them of the issue they sent someone right out to me to fix the problems. They are my go to RV service! read more

Please do not buy an RV from this company. I bought an RV three days ago and last night I had to be rushed to the emergency room and I had a grand mal seizure due to the chemicals being released out of the air conditioner. I called the company this morning they came out and looked and said something was wrong with the air conditioner. I am living in an RV park and I have dogs and I am a canine handler. I asked them to have the owner call me because all they said they could do for me is take it in the shop and figure out what's wrong with it, but they are not able to provide me with another RV to live in in the meantime and also When the owner called me back, he said it was not his concern that I have medical problems due to what's being released and that he had more important things to do than listen to my medical problems due to his RV that he sold me I asked him for a different RV that I did not want this one. Something was obviously wrong and it's only three days old. He stated to me that he didn't care. He had a family function and he would deal with it tomorrow I said, where am I supposed to live and he said he didn't care that I needed to figure it out myself. This man is a narcissistic does not care about anybody and sold me a lemon and also affected my dog now I have a vet, bills and medical bills and he does not care whatsoever. Do not buy from this man. He sells lemons and I've heard nothing but bad things since I have posted about it everyone has come forward and said that they sell bad RVs and they do not hold up to their warranty. read more

Would not recommend. Husband was looking at a used camper here, tried asking the sales manager in the office questions about the camper and about Financials. She was unable to answer most questions. Husband asked if the camper could be held long enough to go to our bank to talk about financing. She stated it would be held until he returned from the bank. That he was "first in line". She did indicate additional charges that would be added to the listed price, including for a walk-through, propane fill, servicing/maintenance on camper. The branch manager at bank advised that the value of the camper was significantly less than the listed price and provided documentation to see if there was more information on features of the camper that could be provided to the bank. Husband returned to discuss with sales manager, who had no interest in the information from the bank. Asked if they had a financial manager, which there was none. Asked to speak with manager, she stated she was the manager. Finally provided the name of the owner, Randy Fife. When he returned from lunch, the owner acted argumentative and defensive. He stated he was set on the price, and my husband would just need to come up with the money. Then suddenly he stated he has money down on the camper by someone else and ended the conversation. Extremely rude and unprofessional! They overfilled my propane tank and said I had to pay some propane company 40 miles away to bleed out the excess propane they overfilled? It cost me 300$ extra dollars to fix the problem they caused in the first place! Called to see if they would at least help with the extra bill I now have and was treated even worse on the phone then I was in person! I can't believe this place is still in business! read more

Horrible place. This guy took advantage of me good! I purchased a used RV from him and barely made it out of Florida before he whole thing started falling apart. He will tug at your heartstrings with his stories of his cancer battle. Totally fooled me. It cost me thousands in repairs and all he could say is "well, ya'll bought it as is!"...and hung up the phone. It's killing me. I am a single mother and spent my life savings on this rig to get me and my 4 yr old daughter to California. He knew exactly what out plans were. I paid him $25,000! He had two weeks to fix it up and clean it. He did not even do that. Do yourself a favor ....go to a large dealer with a good reputation ....that's is what I will be doing next time. read more

I have waited quite a while to write this review. In June 2017 Nature Coast put a new rubber roof on our 2000 Dutchstar. Within months, we had problems with it leaking. We were in Texas and had no way to get back to Florida immediately. It was October before we were able to return. The service manager had a tech climb up on the roof to inspect it. He determined there was an issue with the way the roof was installed. Nature Coast replaced the roof at no cost to us and we have not had any further problems. It obviously would have bee better if it was done correctly the first time, but we were very happy they stood behind their repairs. read more

This is a terrible place. We left South Carolina to purchase a used class A motor home. That had been advertised to be in excellent condition. Upon arriving at the dealership we found the motor home to be in terrible condition inside and out. The sales manager had lied to us. We walked away and came home. The trip cost us $1,000.00.
