Tina talked to the owner Ken and he said $75. This is horrible customer service. It also took multiple times to finally get in contact with them. I planned to redo my kitchen counters - I will definitely not be using this company. I would not recommend this company at all for countertops.

They had quartz slabs in exactly the pattern my wife was looking for. They came to the house for a free estimate and, including the sink and demo and removal, it came in $1,000 less than any other estimate we got. When they came to install, they clearly knew what they were doing. The quartz is beautiful. The two men who came for the installation were great to deal with and respected our home. When they left, we were entirely happy with the installation. A few days later, we realized that we had a half wall across the kitchen that would look great with a quartz top. We called and asked if they had a remnant they could cut and polish for the 48" wall. We said we would pay for the piece. Two days later they called and said that the quartz was ready. My wife went to pick it up and they would not let her pay anything for the piece. They were just really nice guys. I would absolutely use Arkadia again and would recommend them to anyone for countertops. They are a class operation and really nice guys. Entirely satisfied.

After contacting them about the roof, first they said they did not do the work. I sent them a receipt of payment with the company name on it. Every time I had to initiate the telephone call. They never returned a phone call. They would later tell me the roof was no longer under warranty. I was not provided any warranty information. I asked how can this be resolved and have heard nothing further from them. If you want a reliable and trustworthy company, I advise you to go elsewhere. This company only concern is to take your money and more on to the project.

Stephen was very helpful with providing estimates and I went ahead and decided to go with them. They were able to complete the work within a week which worked out perfectly with my schedule. Unfortunately, after reviewing the work that had been done, I was very unimpressed. Bad shoe molding was used, a boot print was left in the wood, marks were left on the walls, and there were places on the hardwood that were clearly not sanded. They also managed to trip the power and failed to mention anything to me about it. I was not able to enter the home for a couple of days because of the floors, so the puddle under the fridge was a nice surprise as well as the spoiled food inside the fridge. I immediately contacted Stephen and he expressed concern and ensured me all these problems would be taken care of immediately. I reluctantly agreed to give them a second chance. The second time around, the floors looked much better and they managed to fix many of their mistakes. Unfortunately, if you are at the right angle you can still see the boot print, there are still some areas where the floor was sanded a bit uneven, and there are places where the shoe molding was placed very unprofessional like. I was charged the original amount we agreed upon but was given a bottle of floor cleaner. (I am a man of my word and accepted to pay them a specific amount; and although I do not believe they kept their end of the deal, I'll keep my word.) Overall, very nice folks running this business, but unfortunately the contractors they hired to represent their company did a sub-par job. I may use them again in the future for the simple fact that when I pointed out their mistakes, they were quick to address them and were very professional the whole time.

I hired this company for several exterior repairs. The concrete work turned out well, and I was…read morepleased with that portion. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the front door trim replacement. I provided photos and explained that I wanted something similar to the existing trim. We discussed flat PVC, and I specifically asked if it would be similar to what was already there, just without the decorative profile. The finished result was not what I expected, and the caulking and paint work did not look professionally finished. Paint was left on the concrete near the bottom door trim, and debris was left in the yard. The storm door also did not operate properly after the work--it no longer opened as far or closed/latch as it had before. Screws were also left stripped and shutters were bent. I had to carve out additional time for the company to return and try to correct the issues. I had also requested replacement of the smaller inner trim, but only after the work was completed was I told that it was part of the storm door and could not simply be replaced. I wish this had been explained during the estimate so I could have made an informed decision beforehand. The original project also included work on the garden hose connection. They ran into an issue and told me they would provide a new quote, but I never received one. Even if they ultimately couldn't complete the work, a follow-up letting me know would have been appreciated. Overall, the concrete work was good, but the door-trim workmanship, cleanup, communication, additional time required for corrections, and lack of follow-through left me disappointed.
