Aaction went from this to the gorgeous picture faster than I would have thought was possible!

What an amazing job! Our home after a 5 month long disaster after a leaking pipe has been restored better than ever. A-action's craftsmanship and attention-to-details was spot on. Ruben the lead contractor and his team told me early on that "we treat your renovation as if it is our own home", that meant a lot. Our project manager Ira Vogel is exceptionally caring and patient. With this being our first major renovation as a young couple he really put us at easy with plan for our kitchen and bath and helping lead us through finding what was right for us and within our budget. Thank Aaction team and leadership!

We recently had a flood in our kitchen that ruined our hardwood floors. Aaction did a wonderful job replacing the floors and fixing the trim. Shane Sponaugle was an amazing project manager. Every detail was taken care of and he was very good at keeping me in the loop through the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Still nothing from the company. Don't worry. We are now going to take this further (court). They may have written us off, but we get a reminder of their incompetence every time we walk through our house.

These guys have always done great work for me.

Be Aware! This company is extremely unprofessional and very deceiving. Do Not Hire Them!!!! I have not had a worse experience with any company before. I do not recommend it! Attention: My review is long, but I highly recommend reading the full review for your own good! I would not have wasted my time writing this if I did not think it was worth sharing! I do not recommend it! I have not had a worse experience with any company before. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The project started off fine, they are very convincing salespeople to your trust for the first few days. However, it stops there, once they are fully committed to the job you lose all professional aspects and customer service. Their communication is absolutely terrible. They will duck and doge you until it's time for payment, that the only time they reach out. The people who you expect to take responsibility like the "manager" or "owner" is never available and practically refuses to talk with customers to resolve things. There excuse for everything is that they are all in meetings, no matter what time or what day. I literally had someone tell me that my project manager was in a meeting without even knowing who my project manager was at the time, and once I called her out on it she apologized and said that she would try to contact him smh. Believe it or not that's not the worst of it. We invested a lot of money in a large project with them and they treated us like we were an inconvenience. I even recommended a neighbor to them at the very beginning only to feel the need to go back to my neighbor and apologize in advance for sending this company their way. My project was only posed to take a few weeks, they started back in February and we are now in at mid-May May and they are just finishing. It's now been about two days after it has been finished and my roof is buckling, and siding is coming loose and who knows what else will come up in a week or so. But one thing for sure because of my experience I would rather call someone else to fix it than to call them back here and that should say a lot! I spent so much time throughout this project trying to get them to just do the job we paid them to do and through it all, it was very stressful, and I would not wish this experience on no one. No one should have to go through this especially when you're paying thousands of dollars. I had a fan installed, they left live exposed electrical wiring in my home for an entire day, and it took 3 different "electricians" just to get it right. The first electrician cam about 8am by the third electrician coming it was about 9pm. I have two toddlers in my home, my husband and I was practically forced to sit and monitor the exposed live wires until they finally got someone to handle it after hours of calling and complaining. Towards midway of our project they order the wrong material and to be honest I can go on with the list of issues, but it is absolutely draining. Out of all of this, they put us through we still did our part with getting them a contracted referral for over 5k and they didn't even keep their word with their referral "discount" which was only posed to be 5% off smh how sad. This company is extremely unprofessional and very deceiving. Do Not Hire Them!!!! I would share more pics but I am sure you will get the point from these!

Kelsey came to our house on Friday around 6 pm to give us an estimate to remove the solar shingles…read moreand replace with the regular asphalt shingles. She said the best way to figure out the condition of the roof is to go inside the attic and check the roof. She pulled down the attic stair and went up into the attic. She showed us the video. The entire roof condition is really bad. There are splinters and water marks on so many plywood sheets. The solar shingles are on the front and right side of the roof. My first idea was to just replace the part of the roof where the solar shingles are. Solar shingles were placed in 2014 as part of the re-roofing job. We didn't replace the plywood at that time. We went by the company who outbid the other company by 10,000$ because they said that we didn't need to replace the plywood. They just replace the old shingles with the new shingles and adding the solar shingles. They didn't show us what was happening with the plywood at that time. Kelsey was very accommodating to my idea. She said that if I insist they can replace only the half of the roof. But she showed us that some of the plywood with regular asphalt shingles on top were bowing due to the deterioration of the plywood. She reminded us that we will need to replace that part of the roof again in a couple of years. She suggested that it is better for us for the long term to replace the whole roof. If we replace only half of it, we will face the issue of not matching the color of the shingles and the roof will leak more and may create mold problems. The plywood is from the original house. It is 55 years old. I am 82 years old and my wife is 79 years old. If I replace only half of the roof, it will become the problem of our daughter and our grand-kids within few years. We decided to replace the whole roof as suggested by Kelsey, not by pressuring us but by showing the evidence and make our own decision. Then she showed us three options, the good, the better and the best. I liked some of the items in the better option and some items in the best option. She said it is possible to combine the items but she needed to talk to her boss. She called her boss right away. Shawn, her boss, created a custom option for us the way we want to combine the items. I told her some of the wordings in the contract are not clear. I want to put it in writing in the contract that all the solar related items will be removed not just the solar shingles. When she showed us the video, we saw three brand new comforters and two-wheeled child's bike in a box way back in the attic. We don't remember when we put them there. I asked her can the workers bring those things down for us because we cannot go up into the attic anymore. She said she will arrange for that. I want that in writing also. It was about 9 pm. She told us that it will be in final contract for all the things we agreed upon because the present contract options are already computerized. We signed the contract. We paid 1/3 deposit. The rest of the money will be collected when the job is completed to our satisfaction. Shawn told us that the crew will start their work on Monday. The next morning on Saturday, I texted Kelsey that I didn't receive the new contract yet. She texted me back stating that she has an appointment at 10 am for another job. She stated that when she came back from that appointment, she would finish the new contract and sent it to me. After going back and forth for a couple of times we got the final contract from her with all the wordings we want. On Sunday, she also coordinated with her production manager, Danielle. Kelsey is the person who makes this happen. She is very pleasant. She makes sure that the customer is 100% satisfied. She is the best. Danielle called me and told me that Elvin, the supervisor of the project, will call and explain to me what will be his plan of action for tomorrow. Then Elvin called me in the evening and told me that he and his crew will be at my house between 6:30 am and 7:30 am tomorrow, that is on Monday. They arrived at 7:00 am. They covered the rose bushes around our house with tarp, hanging down from the top of the roof. Elvin brought me the 3 comforters and the bike from the attic. He took 291 pictures of the project from the start to the finish and provide me a link to my e-mail so I can view the pictures and download the ones I like. He provided the link to the pictures while the job is going on, so that I can follow the progress of the work. The workers work very hard in 96 degrees temperature. They finished the job on Tuesday evening. It took 2 days for them to finish because the weather was very hot. They clean up really good after they complete the job. They picked up all the trash and nails around the house. Leo is the solar guy. He removed all the inverters and related items from the wall without damaging the brick wall. It is a joy to work with a company with dedicated employees who care for the customer.

Date: 7/07/2019 Dear folks at Blair,…read moreWe had an aggravating skylight leak and some questionable areas of a rather flat roof. Blair replaced 5 skylights with a more reasonable 3 of a slightly smaller size that better suited the space. They also re-paneled the inside ceiling and carefully matched the stain so everything looks really great. No further issues with roof leaks. Frankly, I would trust the folks at Blair to make everything right - plus they are good people. Thinking of using them again for another big project, because they are professionals in the truest sense of the word. We're very pleased with the high quality workmanship and professionalism exhibited by the Blair teams that worked on our house. They come when they say, stay in communication, and are straightforward and honest. From Carl Scheel to Bill Smith to the first rate carpenters who finished our inside ceiling, you guys are much appreciated!
