I was traveling from NY and had pretty bad neck pains. While I was in the airport I was able to contact and him and book an appointment within minutes. He's also very willing to accommodate to your schedule which was such a plus for me since I had the whole day packed. The facility was very neat, clean and quiet. I felt better afterwards but still decided to come back to him once more by the end of the week just to make sure. Overall I recommend him if you're in the city! Dr. Oleg is a magician and really the best in what he does. Couple of months back, I had severe back pain owing to long sitting hours and was barely able to stand or walk. My wife recommend that I try acupuncture and I ended up finding this place on yelp. I couldn't believe but immediately after first appointment itself, I was able to stand and walk. Oleg's acupuncture, cupping and massage therapy were phenomenal! I haven't seen any medicine or therapy being so effective. Dr. Oleg is the best! I've been going to him on a regular basis since January 2019. He has treated me for severe pain in my right arm, where I couldn't lift my arm above my head as well as a pinched nerve in my neck. I leave every office visit feeling great!! I heard about Oleg from a friend and then went on Yelp to find out more information and eventually contacted him. I've been dealing with bad allergies for awhile now and figured to give acupuncture a shot though I had never done it before. Oleg was super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and helped me feel really relaxed. I've been twice now for acupuncture and he gives you a back massage after as well! He's even sent me information on how to treat my allergies based on Chinese medicine and specific foods I should stay away from. I can't give Oleg enough praise. I have recurrent back soreness and stiffness - a combination of exercise overuse and wear and tear/alignment issues from desk work, studying, and lots of work travel. I'd recently been on the go and my back pain was definitely worsening. With my hectic schedule I had not been able to visit my regular massage therapist at home. I was about to head to Chicago and would be there for only 2.5 days for work but knew I'd have one meeting-less morning and was considering getting a quick massage at one of the big chains just to alleviate some of the tension. The morning of my flight, I woke up with terrible back pain and was dreading the flight. My back pain was nearly unbearable during the flight and I'd decided that enough was enough. Almost immediately after landing in Chicago, I started to yelp local massage therapists - I knew one of the big chains wouldn't cut it. I'd been considering accupuncture for some time, so looked for a practice that would offer both massage and accupuncture. I came across NatureMed and was impressed by the reviews, so decided to take the leap and reach out. Oleg responded right away and didn't hesitate to schedule me for an appointment the next morning. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous 1. going to a new practitioner, especially as I'm very particular about the type of massage I like and have only once before (with my current therapist back at home) been able to find someone who "gets me" and my body right away; and 2. trying accupuncture for the first time. Oleg was MORE than wonderful. He's professional, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a real relief being able to step into a new practice with a new person and feeling completely comfortable right away. He took his time understanding my symptoms as well as my daily activities, habits, and general health. I never felt rushed. He was generous with information and explained his approach to my treatment in a way that was easy to understand and put me at ease. His energy and the space are very relaxing, yet, I felt I was getting more than just the calm and quiet I needed for stress relief but serious bodywork and treatment to address my ailments. My session consisted of massage, accupuncture and cupping. I walked away immediately feeling a difference and now, 1 week later, I feel much better. An added bonus is his treatment - much higher quality and effectiveness than some of the "luxury" spas - was incredibly affordable. Oleg is a wonderful acupuncturist. I am not able to take regular over the counter or prescription medications for pain after suffering complications after a recent shoulder surgery. I suffered a lot from pain and was told my only hope for pain control was to try acupuncture. After my first visit I could not believe that my pain was virtually gone. I was pain free for about 12 hours. I finally felt I was headed in the right direction of getting my pain under control. I had a really great experience at NatureMed Acupuncture and Massage. Normally, I don't need massage or acupuncture - but the other day I woke up with this astonishingly painful crick in my neck. OMG. It took me half an hour to get out of bed, two Aleve and half an hour under a hot shower just to be mobile. I texted for an appointment - Oleg was able to see me same day. He spent about 20 minutes massaging the massive knot that was my neck, and then did acupuncture for about 25 minutes. It worked! The pain was much, much better. I had another treatment two days later and continued to improve. I may need one or two more as this was the Mt. Kilauea of pain. I am mobile, I am not in constant pain, and it gets better every day. read more
