Complete experience was terrible. I've never had a pedicure where no lotion was used on my legs. My heels look the same as before I went in. Callous treatment was a joke. No oil put on my heels. Polish was old and clumpy. It was put on so thick that man told me not to come back for touch up if I put my shoes on. I said well how long? It's already been 30 minutes. He said 2 hours!! I guess so when you put it on that thick. And one man...maybe the owner??....sat in a chair the entire time just looking at the techs and ppl getting their nails done. It was so creepy. read more

Made an appointment for 2 basic mani & pedi's. Nail tech argued when I asked for cut short, no pumice stone or lotion. I had to ask for him to buff nails. Polish looks like a 5yr old did it. More polish on skin around the toenails than on nails. Mani was no better. My husbands tech also didn't use lotion and while finishing up a walk in came in where she left my husband for 10 to tend to the walk in and another tech later did his manicure despite having an appointment for both services. $116 later and poorly done mani & pedi's. Requested the $35 sugar scrub pedicure. Don't bother, there's only a brief sugar 'wash' of legs. However that's not really my gripe. It's the overall pedi. There was supposed to be callus removal. Feet are still dry and rough. Secondly, it took 4 times of requesting her to fix the big globs of polish on my toes to be fixed. The owner came over and said something to her, and she attempted to fix by adding more polish. I said no, I wanted it removed as there were big globs. She took a brush and removed the polish around my nail. I complained multiple times and the owner finally came over and removed the polish from two toes and repolished. I explained it now needed the base put back in before adding the polish. He did on one toe and not the other. I requested a fix again as it still was not smooth with him only saying all better now. Very poor quality. Poor customer service. I do not recommend wasting your money. I have up after asking multiple times to fix it. read more

I came to this nail salon to try out a new place. Never will I be returning. I asked the person doing my nails to give me a coffin shape multiple times he proceeded to give me this pointed "almond" tip, which wasn't what I asked for. I said something about it and he claimed I had asked for the pointed tip, which I did not ask for. I even had to draw the shape that I had asked for for him because he did not know. I asked him to remove the nails and redo them the way that I had asked, he refused. He wanted to charge me $100 for a new set. I ended up just having them removed. The salon workers were speaking in a different language, it seemed they were speaking about me and the members of my party. The other members of my party asked for pink and white ombré with glitter, you can see how those turned out in the pictures. The nails look tacky, bumpy, and crooked. The last salon I went to, overnight sold to new owners. My scheduled appointment wasn't in the book and I was told I had to wait for two walk ins to have my nails done. I said I'd wait and I walked into the car and went to the next nail salon in the area. They didn't do gel nails and suggested I go to Signature Nail Salon. I called and due to a cancellation, I was taken in almost immediately. I have been going there ever since. My nails look better than they have ever been done. My husband remarked how much better my nails looked and said I should only go there. I agree. My manicures generally last about 2 1/2 weeks, and it's the same at this salon. The salon is clean, the staff is attentive, friendly and polite and Lindsay was so nice. The prices are reasonable, so I decided to get a pedicure, and oh, oh, oh, my feet look and feel so good. The day I went to Signature Nail Salon, was one of the luckiest days of my life and I plan on continuing my nail care at this salon. read more

Last week me and my mom went here for some manicures, not really anything to say about the service since no one really talked much to us. Everything seemed fine and relatively cheap which is always nice. We did have an issue matching my color to the one in the picture that I had but the manager helped the nail tech and all was fine! The problem came after we left. 2 days later one of my acrylics broke completely off, it popped off in the shower! I was more then careful with them. I went back and understandably waited awhile since they were busy and I had been a walk in so I didn't think much of it but when I was finally called my nail tech was not happy that I hadn't found my color and brought it with me which I get, I should have but since when I was there last time and the manager picked my nail color I honestly didn't know which one it was. He fixed it and in the middle of that I assume his client had come in and he rushed the rest of it, even painting it while we were standing up in the middle of the salon... I even let that go but 2 days ago 2 more of my nails popped off! And they popped off like cheap Walmart stick on nails. I am so thankful that they didn't charge me a lot for these because they aren't worth it and now I have to go to another salon. read more

As an update to my previous review and in response to Lindsay H, I would like to apologize for my lack of knowledge regarding proper terminology. My boyfriend's toe was swollen and painful where a nail was cut too short. He had pain while walking for several days. I do understand that gel manicures last "approximately" two weeks. Over the past year, I have visited three other salons where my gel manicure has looked nice for up to three weeks; obviously better for my money and time than going to Signature Nails every 9-13 days. My gel manicure from this salon consistently peeled up from the nail bed as early as one week after my appointment. You're right, Lindsay, I did not speak to the manager. That's a double edged sword, isn't it? Nobody likes a complaining customer. Instead, I came back four or five times. I saw a different technician each time but got the same lackluster results regarding longevity of the manicure. I did this because Signature Nails is a lovely, convenient salon. There are plenty of choices regarding colors and everyone in the salon is friendly. I really wanted to become a loyal customer. I wish you nothing but the best of luck. I went to Signature Nails about 1-1/2 months ago and again three weeks ago for a pedicure. The person who did it both times introduced himself to me as Bill. He did a wonderful job. I was reluctant to try it because of the bad reviews on here but was pleasantly surprised at the time. I have to amend my review because the individual who introduced himself to me the first time I went as Bill, is apparently named Eric. Bill is his father and is the person who did my pedicure today. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. It was painful when he cut the nails, he does the punching on the lower legs that the other man didn't do, and he did nothing at all for the callouses on the bottoms of my feet. Until today I have never had a pedicure where the operator did not smooth away the callouses. I won't be back. read more

I have been going to Signature Nails for a monthly pedicure for over a year now. I have always found the staff and management to be very friendly and professional. The few people that have left negative reviews certainly do not outweigh the number of happy customers that I see in this salon every time I visit. I would have given Signature Nails 5 stars when under the previous ownership. However, the new owner sat in front of the entrance and smoked. She also went outside the back entrance to smoke and left the door open which caused the entire spa to smell like cigarettes. It should be customary to tell your client pricing before you start a service. Everywhere else charges $5 to take off gel polish. I sat down and my nails were half way wrapped (no filing on top as is customary) and then the girl told it would be $10. I stopped the process and drove two miles down the road and I will never be back. The customer service here is lacking.
